Stayed at Aloft on the Levee for a short weekend wedding. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful. Wxyz lounge was nice but the tables were sticky and it was not a clean area with food on the floor etc.

I really want to give props to Lacey. She saved me with a cup of coffee and just super nice in all my conversations with her. You ROCK Lacey! The young lady Lacy who works at the front desk is truly an asset to the Aloft Newport hotel team. She made my stay was great, would highly recommend this hotel off of her alone. The whole team was lovely and the room was clean.
