I work in newport and need to order uniforms and have them embroidered regularly. And have patronized them for years. Since Fred retired a few years ago, the workers that remained are very unprofessional and unfriendly. I tried to have a sock hat embroidered and she sat on a personal phone call for minutes while I waited next to her. She then gave me real attitude when I motioned that I needed service and was on shift and could not wait any longer. And then stayed on her personal call. I will not be returning and would suggest you not either.-response edit;I’m not interested in getting into an argument on google reviews. Your response is not accurate. I mouthed my name to you so I could leave the hat on your desk while you continued your personal conversation, as a courtesy to you that was underserved. I won’t be returning to your store.

I went to purchase uniform pants and was told that I will have to order them because they don't keep them in stock. I will never waste my time there again.

Staff is very professional and up front is a little pricey but good quality if they don't have what you need they can get it might take a little bit of time but they will tell you the timeframe it will take and they stick firmly by that I have been over to Roy Taylor's over and Cincinnati and I would definitely use this store Over Roy Taylor's any day

Awesome store, got what I needed for work. The high Vis jacket kept me warm for everytime my floor supervisor at Kroger sends me outside. Will recommend this place to anyone anytime
