You are asking AGAIN?? REALLY? Your company is incompetent and unreachable. LAST year you tried over and over to charge me for propane that was never delivered even tried to charge me late fees..this went on for months in spite of MANY calls and letters that I sent. THIS time..my delivery was over 2 weeks late and I got a phone text telling me that they TRIED to delver but the ground was too soft. NOTHING BUT A LIE<<NO ONE came here because I stayed at home EVERY day..due to the bad service from your horrible company. NO ONE attempted to come,,,that was A LIE..and it had not rained for weeks and the ground was not soft. The day,,2 weeks late that the boy delivered..was a day after a rain and he got here no problem. NOW you want to charge me what, nearly $50 more than my invoice of $518!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..I will pay ONLY $%18 and not a penny more....in fact..since NO action was taken due to my last complaints...I feel that unless you give me a discount for ALL mt trouble for 3 years. I will never use your service ever again. It is just a horrible company for years now..I am copying this for my records..Thanks, Lynn Moffet

Had a refill schedule. They came out and because I had my gate locked because of my dogs they left. Didn't stay long enough to get to the door. It's all on camera. And was supposed to get a call ahead. Never got that. We were without heat for a week.

Did not get my order as promised was supposed to be there by 16 February. After calling a couple of times was told that it would be there by the end of the day February 16. Ended up calling on February 17 again and was told they would try to escalate it to be delivered sometime the following week. This order was placed on February 7 to be delivered between or by February 16.

I emailed them. They did not respond. I called this supposedly local company, and got a lady on the phone who was quite obviously in another country. She could not understand me and I just had to hang up. Will not be using this group.

Been waiting since December 9 2023 for propane. It is now January 26th, Been on the emergency list for 5 days for 1 day delivery. Horrible customer service. How is this right, no heat in January. Shame on you.

We have been enrolled for months on autofill. Delivery scheduled to take place by January 8, 2024, has yet to occur—even after email sent to indicate true (very low) tank level from us via Amerigas website and three phone calls.Autofill is designed to avoid such situations, so we find this failure frustrating.

you came and wanted to take our tanks. then you billed us for tanks we use. Then you had 2 separate accounts for us, then you made us pay for rental that we should had never had to pay. poor job all the way.
