The guy who was plating food was rude and hateful and the food was disgusting my gravy had more lumps the size of biscuits than actual gravy the food used to be so good but whoever they got now don't know what they're doing

Great small store with many items, and great breakfast biscuits in the morning. I heard their chicken was excellent as well but didn’t have the opportunity to try it.

My husband and I stopped in to grab us a cold sandwich from the deli. The older lady acted like we were a problem ordering cold sandwiches. She rolled her eyes when we ordered and puffed. She threw some stuff out of her way on the prep table. I had called this location before we went there to see if they make cold sandwiches and was told by whom ever answered the phone yes in a very friendly voice. When we got to the check outs I like to had a heart attack. When the young girl told me my total, I said oh my goodness we could have went to Rex next door or got a pack of ham and cheese with a loaf bread way cheaper. The sandwiches was $6.99 a piece and I requested to go light on my ham, so there for it was the half size of my husband's. Lesson learned not to ever stop in at this high priced store. Also as we was checking out the manager was talking awful to the pop vendor when he was bringing the order in. If I had of been him I would have loaded the order back up and said get it somewhere else cause I won't be talked to that way. I would recommend to anyone not to stop at this high price and unfriendly service store!

This store is not seen as a major store. No one was in there really but the man working. Place was clean, the man was friendly and we found off brands but we found everything we needed and cheap. Bathrooms were clean and it was a very pleasant experience.

Made a quick stop for a couple days while traveling through Kentucky and stumbled upon this place looking for breakfast. This little shop had everything including really friendly folks and a really great breakfast. Nice and hot and really yummy for an incredibly low price. They also serve lunch and dinner. I advise anyone traveling through Nancy, KY to check out the CrossRoads IGA for just about anything you can imagine for a store of its size. Super friendly and welcoming staff.

I was surprised the Shell station has a full IGA grocery, and not just a mini-mart. Plus, it has a small dining area for the delicatessen.

This place is just ridiculous. Was told they have no propane. Even went as far to say she went outside and looked already there is none (sarcastically). There was at least 2 still. This isnt the first time. If you need something that requires them to do something your out of luck. This was the evening night manager to. Took pictures of the propane they supposedly dont have. They lost my business.

Closest grocery store to Nancy. A little expensive but so nice to have so close! Clean, friendly and a good selection for a small grocery store.
