On 2/20 of this year (a Sunday) our small dog was attacked by a group of pit bulls. He was severely injured. Called Westside vet for help. The on-call doc said he would only see him if we paid up front. I said we could pay on Wed. He refused to see him. My service dog died as we waited till morning. They were more interested in money than saving a beloved and needed family member. I suggest you not use them.

After a bad vet visit at Mayfield Vet Clinic, I was nervous to see another vet. I knew I wanted someone who would treat not only my dog with kindness, but also myself. Dr. Robertson quickly eased my nervousness as she cared for my dog. She was professional and made me feel as though I was a friend. She treated my dog as though he was her own, and helped talk me through everything she did. She asked multiple questions to get a better feel about my dog, and made me feel heard when voicing concerns about prior treatments. I will continue to see Dr. Robertson for all my animals!

VERY happy with the care and extensive surgery results for my sweet girl. Dr. Thomas & Dr. Elkins as well as all of the staff were very skilled & compassionate. I highly recommend this Vet group.

I have been using Westside for my vet care needs for almost 22 years now. The doctors are the very best and I respect and admire their knowledge and compassion. You just can't help but love each of them. The staff members are all heartwarming and helpful. They earned my trust and confidence many years ago. I have never entertained thoughts of going anywhere else with any of my little family members.

The Vets are knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They have a broad range of experience and a variety of specializations, but are always willing to explain topics in a manner that the customer can understand. This is a very busy office but the vets and techs always treat patients and their people with appropriate respect and allot enough time. The staff is friendly, smiling, well organized, and manage the business affairs and scheduling wonderfully. We have been there for routine check-ups and terrible emergencies and have never been disappointed in their treatments or their service. I highly recommend Westside Vet.

Been coming here for a couple years. Whether you have a new puppy or a senior dog they are always great. I just put down my dog of 15 years and they were very quick and professional. They gave me plenty of time to say goodbye and when I was ready they cleaned her and boxed her up so I could bury her. I chose not to cremate since I wanted to bury her with my other dog

Dr. Salley and the staff at Westside is remarkable! They welcomed us with open arms sunday night after my pug was hit by a car. His chance of surviving did not look good.He had severe head trauma and was barely conscious. They worked a miracle and by sunday he started improving. He has a long road of recover but they have been absolutely wonderful! I will not be going anywhere else with my babies but there!

I love this place. I take all 6 of my small dogs there. I have seen 3 of the 6 vets and have decided to use Dr. Jackson as their primary vet, only because I wanted to try and stick with the same one. Most of my dogs are elderly and have health or behavioral problems so I have to be very choosy about the vets I use. The building is very clean and spacious and there is room outside to sit and/or walk the dogs. Lot of parking. I never have had to wait very long before seeing the vet. Highly recommend.

They took great care of my yorkie poo when she had an accident & had to stay there for a few days. Every one who works there have been so helpful & gave me updates on her everyday she was there. I wouldn’t trust my animals going anywhere else.

They are kind and compassionate. They are also very knowledgeable, thorough, and accurate. Just think so much of all and thank them for all they have done for my beloved buddies over the years. It is easy and quick to get in when things go wrong and they still spend as much time as needed to be thorough even though they are swamped.

Absolutely LOVE Westside Vet Service!Hands down the best clinic in the area. I've been taking my Weimaraner, Ellie there since she was 10 weeks old and most of the staff know her by name when we walk in. I'm also one of “those†dog moms who worries about everything. The staff are extremely patient and always answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They helped us with health and general knowledge. With the new born and the dying. I simply gave no reservations recommending this group. We all love the doctors, the staff, and the facility.
