Had a dryer issue. Called Lowe's protection and they sent out ward Elkins. George came out in a couple days after calling. He told me what it was ,ordered part and came back to install it. He was very nice to deal with. Very efficient. I would recommend him to do any work on appliances in the future.

Finally repaired my refrigerator. Why give an alt number and not use it. I was out of the country couldn't get make/ calls. Once I got back had to call back now it's cold. The panel still beeps coming back out Friday . They're very friendly people tho.

Our repairman’s name was George. He was very professional and kind. He explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix the problem. He has left our home and everything is working.
