Walmart in Benton KY has no customer service. For over 3 years, I've been able to buy 2 sub rolls from the bakery. They had a package of 2 that were past the sell buy date. I asked if they had any in the back. They said no. I spoke with the front end manager and asked if he could open bag of 6 and give me 2 and package the other 4 as 2 in each package. He said he was not allowed to do that. I left frustrated and will not be returning to any Walmart in the future. Their customer service is dead.

It's a Walmart, but as Walmarts go it's friendly, clean and the employees very helpful. Give them a raise!

My wife was trying to reach an item that was only available on the top shelf in the grocery section at the Murray, KY store but was unable to reach it. She approached an employee a few aisles over that was on a ladder stocking shelves and asked if he could assist her when he was finished with what he was doing. He told her that nobody was working in that aisle, and then told her if she couldn't reach it then neither could he! He had a ladder! She said he was a younger male with long dirty blonde hair.
She also was trying to purchase a fan, and once again when she asked for assistance with it she was refused by yet another employee. I attempted to call the store multiple times to speak to a manager but nobody would answer once I got through the phone tree. She was in town from upstate New York volunteering to teach classes for disaster responders, and this definitely left a bad impression on the store and the area.

Wow... this place is definitely a lot better and nicer than the one in Lawrenceburg. Super clean. Friendly. The lot isn't a race track for the most part. Management does really well at maintaining the store. Produce is fresh. Most of the store is self checkout. I don't recall seeing a single register open.
This is certainly one of the nicer ones I have been to.

It's a walmart, that about sums it up. Maybe they could find a better time than mid afternoon to have every employee out in the isles rushing around with big bins and carts stocking.
