My daughter takes medicine that she has to have to live. She can’t go without the medicine. She’s gone away to Murray state. I’m close to 4 hours away from my daughter who’s 3 months into being 17. I was worried about how am I supposed to get her medicine to her so I called this Walgreens and less than 5 minutes I heard someone say to me for the first time ever may I add she goes. I am very familiar with this condition. Let me see if I can help you. She came back to the phone and said her prescription will be ready later this day or tomorrow. I said tomorrow’s fine and that was the end of the call. Nobody I’ve ever spoke to knew anything about her condition. It was so easy to talk to this woman that answered the phone. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It really touched my heart and relieved all my anxiety about my daughter being able to get her medicine. This woman deserves a raise or something special for being so good at her job. I can’t express how grateful I am and in awe that she knew about my daughter’s illness and made things so easy for me. It was like she cared about my daughter too! If you ever meet this woman please tell her how much she is appreciated!!!!

Just spoke with Pharmacist Doug at Murray Walgreens and he was fantastic. Very informative! Great patient service!!! Kudos to Doug!!

The store itself is fine, the workers seem friendly and I have a generally okay experience there. I use the photo center frequently and always have a good experience. My problem, and the reason for the low rating, is the pharmacy. The last few times I've gone there, it was drive thru only due to staffing issues. Last time I ended up leaving altogether without my prescription because I waited so long and had to be somewhere. This time, I waited in the drive thru behind a single car for 30 minutes before I was finally able to get to the window to get my prescription. The only reason I was at Walgreens this time was because the doctor sent the script to the wrong pharmacy and when CVS called to try to get it transferred, Walgreens wouldn't answer the phone. If the medicine hadn't been for my toddler for post op treatment, I would have left and waited until CVS could get the script transferred.

Long lines & slow service at pharmacy both inside & at drive through. Employees say they are understaffed. Manager says corporate won’t let her hire more workers. I’m plan to move my RX.

so rude & awful with conducting business. Literally use any other pharmacy and you’ll be happy. Hell the Walgreens in village medical is amazing compared to this one!

The Walgreens telephone answering system sucks, most the time it don't respond to the number or request your choosing.

Seem to be friendly, but there is room for improvement. I received a notice about a prescription which said to call the pharmacy. I was on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes the first time, the second time I called, I was on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes. No one ever answered the phone!!!

ONLY resorted to using Walgreens as a backup to my normal pharmacy bc I needed extended weekend hours two times. Both experiences were for much needed COVID treatments. My medicines were called in at 9 am. I had to call and check 3 times by closing at 6 pm. No one could be bothered to let me know when they were ready or arrange the delivery that I requested. (I've been sick w long COVID for 3 weeks) Left with no antibiotic, no anti nausea and no inhaler. This is an absolute joke. These providers care nothing for the individuals they're supposed to be caring for. I will never use Walgreens again. If I could give less than one star .. I would. Disgusting .
