I had a very good experience while purchasing a new phone. Salesman seemed very knowledgeable and businesslike. I did however left the store not knowing whether or not I got the best deal.

Hunter was awesome to work with! He took his time to do a deep dive on my account and was able to update all three of my lines to more appropriate plans that better fit each end user’s personal needs. I had been avoiding upgrading my phone for the past year because it’s such a grueling process, but Hunter made it quick, easy, and painless. For any questions I asked, that he wasn’t 100% sure on, he took his time to research and find the right answer for me instead of just guessing. Thanks again, Hunter!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. This is not a real Verizon Store, they're owned by Victra out of Riley, North Carolina. They really play on the actual Verizon wireless store colors though. They do want you to believe that they are a Verizon wireless store, from the outside, you would believe they are. But once inside, you see Victra on banners and the wall. They're pathetic, they don't even have enough confidence in their business to individualize themselves. The management here is pathetic. The management within the whole company is pathetic. They really shouldn't even be working behind the counter at McDonald's because of their rude and professional behavior. They treat employees like dirt. Several of the employees told me themselves they hate working at the store, It is terrible. Favoritism oh my God, it's here at this place. The manager at the store has to force a smile face and you can tell it. She's unhappy because she doesn't have someone to keep her satisfied. Her name is Savannah and she does not need to be in the role that she's currently in because her attitude towards the customer stinks. If you live around this area, I highly suggest that you go to the Paducah Kentucky store that is in front of the mall. They are an actual Verizon wireless store. Stay away from Victra.

The Victra Verizon store in Murray is wonderful! Customer service is always top notch! I recently dealt with both Hunter and Mallory. Mallory helped me on the day I purchased my phone. She went above and beyond to be sure I was happy. She took her time with me to be sure everything was perfect and just the way I wanted it!
