So far I’ve been very pleased with this bank. Megan the branch manager is super helpful in setting up my acc and helping make smart decisions regarding my credit usage.

The branch has really gone down hill with so many other banks in town I think it's time to change banks. The lone ATM seldom works with all the features it's supposed to have available and the drive-through truly has bankers hours 9 am til 4 pm hardly time to do business. That's less than 8 hours a day Monday though Friday and if the lone ATM is down for maintenance your truly out of luck. Another poor feature of the bank is the long lines at the ATM mid day it can be 20 or more minutes.

Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever had the experience even going to. We deposited a check two weeks ago that we needed for rent, groceries, and even Christmas. They proceeded to tell us that it would be deposited the same day as the day we ask. Then we call again the next day and they say the same thing…. And the same thing. Everyday for two weeks straight we talked to them on the phone over the check and they kept on lying. They even made appointments to sign paperwork so she could get the check finally and they then proceeded to call us and ask for another hour to get things ready. They did this for our “appointment” at 9 am, then called and said 11:15, then 12:30, then 12:45, then 1:30 and guess what! They closed at 1:30 in the afternoon even though we had an appointment for the same time. They lied through their teeth everyday and made us sit in our car for 3 hours just so they would be closed and dodge our calls. We needed it all these things and now we have an ever growing late charge on all of the bills that we needed to pay weeks ago. All in all, THANK YOU US BANK!!!!

My overall experience with US Bank has NOT been favorable at ALL! However, Dec 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Ashleigh Swanigan, Client Relationship Consultant. She was very professional yet, personable. She made me feel very comfortable in establishing an estate account. (Which is charged $ 6.95 monthly and that ridiculous for a deceased person with few assets). Anyway, Ms. Swanigan has been available for telephone calls. Somehow the EIN was not correct according to US Bank and Ashleigh is trying to assist me in sorting this out. Overall, USB has not a clue as to what’s going on. I have used Hopkinsville, ky locations and find the same problem. IMO Ms. Swanigan is the only thing positive for USB. A true asset! After, my current situation is over I will probably change banks. In NO WAY is this a reflection on Ashleigh! She has been great!!

I've been a US Bank customer for a few decades while living in a few different cities in 4 states. First, let me say that the folks that work at this location are super friendly probably the friendliest. However, this is the only branch that I've ever had an issue with regarding the pace of service. This branch is extremely slow (not just slow, extremely slow), has been slow for the past 5 years, and will likely remain slow for the foreseeable future. Don't plan on doing anything there over lunch unless you can spend your entire lunch hour in line waiting. The lobby is closed while many other banks are open for business. The topper is that I purchased US Savings Bonds at US Bank and now US Bank will not cash those bonds. So I have an account with the bank, purchased the bonds from the bank, and can't cash them with the same bank. They said "there is too much fraud" so they can't cash bonds anymore. They didn't even look at the bonds, I was told that this is a new company policy. I have an account there, you know who I am, you have a large chunk of my money, get all of my paychecks, how stupid do you think I am to cash bonds at my own bank If I'm trying to cash forged bonds.

Absolutely worst service ever. ITS MONDAY and they are not open AGAIN. Friday they close before 4. Saturday they don’t work! No drive through service. The lobby is never open. I got paid Friday I still haven’t cashed or deposit my check because THEY ARE NOT OPEN . Today is not a holiday. I’m working

My business banks here as do many businesses in murray. However in speaking with some of us banks business customers about how horrible service is at this bank we are all considering taking our banking else where. The service is beyond slow, my company doesn't want to pay people for standing in line at the bank for the better part of an hour. Change orders being short, not getting deposit receipts in orderly fashion. This is a small list, however these small problems are huge in business. Please find a manager to lead this branch and actually get customers help. An apology won't keep our business or other companies business.

They are always incredibly slow, truly ridiculously slow but at least they're open on Saturdays but today randomly closed on a Saturday. No sign up anywhere.

Worst bank in town, and it's not the employees fault. If you're going to keep your lobby closed maybe consider hiring more than one worker? That poor girl was working her but off, line was out to the road and we were in line for a literal hour. Will be closing accounts and cautioning others to not bank here

Slowest drive thru. Been here 3 times this week. Always 2 of 4 lanes open and I have never gone through drive thru in less than 34 minutes. Been like this since I started coming in October 2019. Today I arrived at 1:20, it is now 1:48 and I am still in line. Very disappointing.

They are closed due to Covid but the drive through is open, and if you need to see a banker you can give them a call to schedule a meeting. We had a meeting with a banker this afternoon and it was a very nice experience.

US bank has been great everywhere I've been so far. Depositing cash takes less that 2 minutes usually. This branch is the exception. The tellers are friendly enough but the drive thru is very very slow. Just to deposit a few hundred dollars cash takes so much time that I've been able to watch almost a whole episode of The Office while waiting for my receipt. It is unbelievable how slow they are in the drive thru even when there are only a couple customers. The lobby has been closed most of the year so the drive thru is the only option. If they keep taking so much time I will have to just change banks.
