“If honesty is something you're looking for, Randy at Max's is the man to see. I just left there after setting up a break change appointment. I heard a little squeak and wanted it have it fixed before causing any more problems. He checked my car out and informed me, I had a lot of life left on my break pads and the squeak could be just from dust or groves, which my car has! I appreciate him saving me money on something that didn't need replacing when he could of easily done them and I'd be none the wiser and still have hear that little squeak! Thank you, Randy!”

“My husband and I were headed to New Concord Memorial Day weekend. We were towing our 22 ft pontoon to the cabin he had booked for us. The axel on our boat trailer snapped, ripping the wheel and spindle off. We were stuck on a two lane road on a holiday weekend! My husband googled for wrecker services and started calling. One by one they told us that it was holiday weekend and they weren’t available. Finally, he called Paul’s! Not only did Mr. Paul himself show up, but he went ABOVE and far beyond anything we could have asked for. He towed the pontoon back to his shop and barely charged us anything. He and my husband assessed the axel and determined it couldn’t be repaired, due to it being a cast. We had to drive to Huntington to get a replacement axel (a two hour trip). My husband called Paul letting him know we got the axel and we’re heading back. By the time we returned to Paul’s shop it was getting late, they had closed hours ago. Mr. Paul was waiting on us to help, even though it was late & a holiday weekend. He had the shop opened and rolled his sleeves up! This wonderful man didn’t charge us anything beyond the small towing fee we paid but yet he sacrificed his time to help two strangers in a bad situation! His actions were beyond just being a good person, his actions can restore faith in humanity! There are good people in this world & Mr. Paul is one of them! I’m a firm believer in trying to see the positive in all situations, in this situation when searching for the positive I see Mr. Paul!! Words cannot express our gratitude to this amazing man! Thank you, Mr. Paul! You were detrimental in salvaging our weekend, not sure what we would have done without you!Service: Special vehicle towing”

“I highly recommend this awesome company to bring your vehicle to! I went in for an oil change last week and once they got it up on the lift they realized they didn't have a filter, so an employee went to get one, he was gone with quickness and back within 10 mins! They definitely went above and beyond in my opinion, also very very friendly conversations while there, the cutest little sweet white dog was a bonus that I didn't know I needed until that day!!
