“My daughter is a student at MSU and was getting ready to travel cross country for Christmas and I was afraid she needed new tires. I’m several states away so I called and spoke to Keith and he told her to come by the shop and he’d take a look. He inspected her tires and determined she just needed a rotation and she’d be fine. He didn’t try to upsell me or scare me into making a purchase. He just said he’d treat her like his own daughter and wanted to make sure she got home safe. I will be purchasing all of my tires from Warehouse Tire as long as they’re in business. That type of compassionate customer service earned them at least one lifetime customer.”

“It is very difficult to get places to work on an RV in Paducah. I had noticed an RV in their lot driving by and stopped in and asked if they could do oil changes. Was very pleased to find out they do so I scheduled to have the oil changed in my Class C RV. Dropped it off in the morning and it was finished before lunch. Outstanding service. And I learned their Murray location has a lift for RVs. So for anyone with an RV, I would recommend to take it to Harlan Automotive.”

I went in for an oil change last week and once they got it up on the lift they realized they didn't have a filter, so an employee went to get one, he was gone with quickness and back within 10 mins! They definitely went above and beyond in my opinion, also very very friendly conversations while there, the cutest little sweet white dog was a bonus that I didn't know I needed until that day!! “I'm visiting from California and my light came on for the tire pressure. I didn't know where to go so I looked at reviews. I chose Economy Tires to do my repair because of the reviews and the location. They did a wonderful job. They found a nail in my front tire and plugged it up. They couldn't remove my tire because I had a lock on it and didn't have the tool, but he put soap and water on the tire looking for the leak. He found it easily and I was out of there quickly and it was only $10! I felt so badly for them working in this heat that I gave them a nice tip for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to go to these gentlemen to fix your tires. They took good care of me and were very honest.”
