“I don't know much about this bank as I don't use it, but my mother does. But I just want to brag on James Hixson who works at this Truist location. Even before we arrived at the bank to manage some things after my father's recent passing, my mom was saying "I hope we get the funny guy. He's so nice and patient." And the second time we visited this bank, James was there and was very helpful, kind and very funny.
