Exiting the interstate I had my chance to turn left or right. I chose correctly and ended up at the Shell station called pockets. They have a very good inventory plus hot food and an excellent inventory of drinks. The bathrooms were the best I've seen on the trip not just cleanliness but by design, I talked to two employees and both were very personable and I complimented him on the bathroom and the employee I spoke to said she took pride in wearing the uniform, so she was a representative and she should took pride in establishment. This is the first time on my trip that I've found a bathroom that was up to, what I would call normal standards. I don't know what the other gas stations are like in town but I do not think that they could be better than this.

Went in to grab a snack. I'm a frequent customer. I'm in an electric wheelchair. Today I had a bag on the back of my chair. It accidentally bumped against one of the freezer doors. No damage, I didn't knock anything over. Woman who worked there said in a snippy tone that I need to not bring my bag in there. Excuse me for being disabled and being unable to carry the bag another way. she had no right to tell me I can't carry something on my chair just because it bumped a door. I normally have nice experiences there but that was plain rude.

Ridiculous that you can't pay on pump. I inserted my card and it said I had to go see cashier. I go in to try and pay and my card gets declined even though I have plenty of money in the account. If I had to guess, probably because I had already inserted it into the pump. Incompetent cashier can't figure it out.Edit: Went to a different gas station and it worked first try. This is why Murphys is better than y'all!

Makes getting gas fun. I love this place. The people who work there are always very polite and fast. Excellent prices.

The workers were rude and disrespectful. At one point they were making fun of a customer. I had to wait to be checked out for them to stop talking about non business activities. Just thought owners would like to know how their store is being run

While the service is great, the current pricing at all Murray, Ky locations is at a level which constitutes gouging! 9/17/20. Regular gas prices in every surrounding community is below 1.90 a gallon, with some at 1.79Currently in every station in Murray, it sits at 2.09 per gallo , with NO VALID REASON EXCEPT MSU STUDENTS! WE NEED TO STOP THE ROBBERY! If Pockets in Benton can sell for 1.80, so can Murray!
