I definitely recommend Rent One in Murray! The staff were Extremely professional, kind, courteous, And they truly just wanted Me/anyone to get the right couch or the right furniture! I have serious injuries from the military, and Reagan New exactly what I wanted And needed definitely ask for her she is amazing. Kenneth and Brady Delivered the couch, and put it together, These gentlemen are very professional very respectful and very knowledgeable. They did an awesome job. Thank you guys so much!

I would like to share my input about n this specific store… I have never rented furniture but I can say the store manager here is absolutely the worst she told my person account info to my contacts after mixing up my account with another persons account saying I had previously had repossession from then when I have never even rented furniture in my entire life up until last December 2023. Of have called for the district manager several times and he refuses to call me back due to the manager of the store saying I’m not making my payments when I’m have all my receipt showing Iv made the payments. I would never recommend this company to rent from period if that’s the route of choice. I and highly disappointed in this business. It has been the most unprofessional situation Iv experienced with a business.
Once I heard from the district manager Jim he took care of my issues and made everything right as need.
