I would love to share my experience with Amanda, the head groomer. She's truly amazing at grooming my Doodle mixes, which can be quite a challenge. Her gentle and caring approach towards our pets is remarkable, and it's evident from the way they respond to her. I would highly recommend her grooming services to anyone who needs a professional and skilled groomer for their Doodle or any other pet.

I was having a rocky day but the friendly staff here sure turned my day around! The lady I spoke with was profesional and very nice. I come here to purchase special dog food for my senior golden retriever. Grace is very nice and respectful, knowledgeable about all the products they sell there! We will definitely be making this our routine store from now on! Thank you grace for making our day better! Happy faces all around

the store was clean and i do realize we were walking in the door at 7:50 pm when they close at 8:00pm however, im not sure if the cashier was just having a bad day but she walked out from a room to ask if we needed anything and i said no thanks, she then said "we close in 5 minutes" which was odd thinking they closed at 7:55. we were looking for a new collar for our dog quick since we were in town, so we knew where we what we were there for so we wouldn't be in there long. we are looking around at the collars and 2 MINUTES pass and she tells us once again, "we are closing soon". so then we just get a harness and i said to my boyfriend "if it doesn't fit i'll just return it i'm just ready to go" we get to the counter and an older couple walks in (one disabled with a cane) looking to get some crickets "super quick before yall close" is what one lady said. ONCE AGAIN the cashier was very rude saying "we close in a few minutes. what do you need i don't have a lot to sell" all in a completely rude tone. i paid with a card i've been having problems with and just wanted to see if it was working again and when it didn't she quite loudly said "yeah it doesn't have any money on it do you like have something else" (yes i had the money the card was just being odd since me recently moving to a different state) so i paid with cash and when she handed me back my change she just dropped it into my hand and almost made the coins fall. im not one to complain however the way this lady seemed absolutely miserable having to deal with a few customers is beyond me. i get trying to get out at a decent time but that's still no excuse to be rude towards customers. cashiers name was grace
