They do not care about their drives.all the office people care about is them self and if you have to pull a walmart load out of their warehouse they screw on pay. And the lady that dose Amazon prime out Memphis TN is a lie too you and 1800 miles a week is a good week over there. I would avode this company at all cost

The cmpay has went way down hill. Put u on 360 mile trips for two days back to back. Say u can drop the truck off at any of the droplets of theirs n orentation.told me directly I could drop it n dallas drop lot if I found a better job. After weeks with no decent miles, I did find a better job and dropped at their dallas drop lot cost me $200 to get someone come get me and they said I abandoned the truck and took $819.00 out of my last check. Of coarse they will not answer my call. Refused my detention pays and layover because I had a 300 mile trip in 3 days. The internet says there paying 60 a mile. Orientation board said 55 a mile and they gave me 53 a mile. It was wa better a year ago. Plus I got a nasty truck that I had to spend my money and time cleaning it.

PTL is a TERRIBLE company to go and work for ! Especially if you’re fresh out of school. My Fiancée went there and after being up there two weeks (one in the truck with a trainer) he was paid not even a $100! Which is outrageous experience or not ! People have bills and responsibilities! .22 cents per mile to be exact . All they do is LIE ! Horrible company . If zero stars were possible I would have left them. Nothing good about this company at all & former employees agree wholeheartedly. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!

FALSELY advertising the availability of home weekly lanes to attract experienced drivers. Save yourself time it’s FALSE ADVERTISING and the pay is ABSOLUTELY NOT on par with industry rates. The recruiter “poor mouthed” me and gave me the impression that they were about two bad loads away from pulling a Celadon. The best thing drivers can do for themselves and other companies like them is to stay away unless this is the only company that will hire you. What a joke ??♀️???

My son works in the wash bay for the semi trucks. They work hard on those big trucks. But they always come out of the wash nay cleaned inside and out. Theu deserve better pay, truck drivers can be quiet nasty. And leave a mess to clean on the inside.

Pascal truck lines is a terrible, disgusting, company to drive for.
If you are here on Google, you will most likely see that recently. They spent $8 million on a new headquarters…when they should have turned around and spent it on better compensation (I.e. pay, CPM, benefits), and better equipment for their drivers.
Unfortunately, they invested in LYTX, driver, facing cameras, and deceptive recruitment practices instead.
Most drivers with less than two years of experience can expect get paid at $.38 per mile. That’s right folks it’s 2024 and new drivers coming in can expect to start at $.38 per mile plus per diem. I averaged about 2k miles a week.
My recruiter told me that orientation was paid out at $75 a day, and that orientation would be anywhere from 2 to 4 days.
Mine was 5. I was paid $150.00 not $375..
Only after I arrived and during orientation did they explain that we would be paid $75 on the last day of orientation and another $75 once we accepted our first load.
Although I started orientation on a Thursday, they had us start our logs on Saturday as though it would appear we had “less paid on duty time” that what we had actually done.
During orientation you will stay at the PTL Lodge, which is an old run down motel. I suggest you “google” PTL lodge.
In hindsight, that should’ve been my first clue of how poorly this company invests in their employees. The condition of their Accommodations were deplorable. The city of Murray needs to condem that property.
The second clue that I should’ve taken was the disgusting chow hall food provided by “Martha’s” a local restaurant in Murray. Myself and two other classmates had several bouts of explosive diarrhea and rotgut during class after the first day of eating the provided pigslop in styrofoam to-go boxes .
After my first day, I ended up going across the street and investing in $20 worth of little Caesars pizzas that I shared with my classmates and the roaches in my PTL lodge room over the next few days.
The fleet is predominantly international. They also have a handful of freightliners. All trucks have EPUs, and opti idle.
I was issued an international LT. Upon receiving my truck, I discovered that it was loaded with Dog hair from what looked to be a golden retriever. Because the curtains on the passenger side We’re basically a fur carpet.
Coincidently I am allergic to both cat and dog hair. Although I did complain, no one did anything. So I doubled up on my nondrowsy OTC Allerflex bottle from Costco, alcohol free nasal spray and my inhalers.
Later that night My personally bought Garmin GPS unit decided to stop working, I discovered that there was a water leak in the roof. (Which would later go on to cause a variety of electrical issues within the tractor, such as the pre pass, not working, so I would have to pull into every weight station).
The first night on the tractor, I also discovered
The bunk heater only blew cold air, that smelled like wet dog. I reported this to assignments dept. who had my truck put into the shop. Only to fix the water leak.
I had to wait an additional day for them to address the inoperable stinky bunk heater.
No one ever talked to me about reimbursing me for my GPS unit or getting the dog hair or The smell out of the truck.
My tractor was down for almost the entire week.
I received one day of breakdown pay.
If you are a driver considering employment with PTL, I would strongly suggest that you look at employment with other carriers. Most mega carriers in 2024 will pay you. Net $1000 with less miles and better benefits, which means you work less and make more money.
Proof is in the pictures below, you will see the disgusting “company van” , the water leak in my tractor day one, and the gross conditions of the PTL lodge and HQ with trash everywhere.

Company I work for, Heather is a great dispatcher. She keeps me going and works with me on issues I may be having. Been doing this for 19+ years and with only being with 2 otr companies I've only had a fee dispatchers that actually care.
