Best Nail Salon in Town. Anna is so helpful so professional. She helps me pick colors and designs for something different.
Specialties: They talk to you and care about you. They want you to have the best experience while you are there.
Cleanliness: They keep a very clean salon. Everyone washes their hands every time they come in.
Stylist: Anna she is amazing and cares that I leave happy with my nail’s every time.

Came in for a medi pedi and was only given a pedi and two different providers gave me service so you know it took longer then expected and was not given the Medicure part. I didn't say anything about it because there service is not great if you are not a regular customer. This place is not busy on a Monday morning.

The people here was super nice to me, but when I asked this one guy for a specific design, he looked at me like he was in shock of the design. The design wasn't the design I wanted. I showed him the design and everything. I feel like anyone could do but instead, I just got a regular colored acrylic, nails set. I feel like he was rushing and not taking his time, and I thought he was gonna do more like cut my cuticles or something. The shape isn't even the shape I wanted it to be I wanted it just plain regular square acrylic nails but instead I got duck like acrylic nails.i payed $50 dollars for this...

Every time I have tried this salon, I have been soooo disappointed. 1. Appointments mean nothing here. On 3 separate occasions, I have made an appointment and got there only to wait over an hour. 2. They do not like criticism on the work they do. I will only go to LA Nails in Murray.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but I feel like I should considering my experience. I came in about two weeks ago for an SNS dip manicure to help my nails grow out. The man who did my manicure did a poor job (dip powder all over my skin, uneven finish, and took a drill to my dry cuticles). Another woman who tried to fix them actually cut down to my cuticle and made me bleed. I ended up not having to pay for the service and I greatly appreciated that since it was hurting. After about 6 days the dip was coming off in whole pieces. As of today, I have to get my finger drained because of an infection on the finger that was bleeding at the nail bed. It's very painful and I would not recommend this business as their prices are high, quality was low, and I now have an infection.

Only 1 ☆ for being open. Not welcoming to new customers, very nice to regulars. 'Dip color choices in large disorderly bowl n no matching toe polish available so I was directed to a disorderly wall full of mixed up choices to try n match my Dip color. No one got up to assist me or direct me to pedicure chair. Then the water was so hot it nearly scalded my foot! Incomplete unsatisfactory pedicure because I didn't choose the overpriced upgrade. Unlike the foil wrap for removal of old Dip nails as I've had for five years in other salons, this salon put my fingertips in a bowl full of acetone with instructions for me to loosen and rub old nails off. They were so busy telling me how bad my previous salon was n how great they were - that they dared to disagree with me when i pointed out the polish was not what I'd chosen. They insisted it was correct. The toe n hand colors did not even match one another by a handful of shades.On top of this the nails were poorly applied. I've never been treated so poorly in any salon I've ever been in. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. 'Would never refer anyone to this shop!

I opted for the Organic Pedicure with regular polish for $48 (whopping dollars). We recently moved from the Dallas ,Texas area and I must say the pricing is about $15 higher here and definitely lower quality. The pedicure I received today was equivalent to a run of the mill plain basic pedicure with minimal effort on behalf of the technician. The massage portion was essentially just a foot and half of a leg wash and barely that. I certainly hope this is not the pricing and service expectation/experience I should plan to expect from local salons. I have 1 heal that needed more time spent removing dead still cells. I was brushed off as they don't do that with this package, even though thebother heal is fine. I knew my standards for services would need to be lowered moving to a smaller area, but I assumed prices would reflect the service and quality.Service: Pedicure

Called about an appointment and was asked what time I could come in. I said anytime and then was told there were not any openings. Why ask me what time if nothing is available?
