Good place. Used to workout with my friends while out of town. We were able to purchase a day pass and it was simple and easy. Staff is easy to work with as well.

Very clean facility, great team of workers, the machines are top tier, hydrotherapy beds are great and the tanning beds are nice. Locker rooms are clean and the sauna is soothing. Five stars from me

Great gym! Large space to work out in. Has every machine and workout equipment you could need and extras so you can adapt to not wait on other. It can get busy in the morning between 7 to 9 does down and picks up around 3 or 4. I highly recommend for some looking to get back in shape.

We just got a membership and love it so far. Addie was so helpful and was so kind. She treated me like an old friend and was very respectful to myself and my husband. She definitely deserves a raise and some recognition!

This is actually serenity Henley, but this has been the only way to contact the owner so I’m trying again. I signed my cancellation fee last year and they refused to have any contact with me despite me trying to handle things kindly, I moved away and they kept charging me for months despite me canceling and trying to contact them, I eventually cancelled my bank account. They then contacted their lawyer. I left a review and they then responded on here with a way to contact them, it doesn’t work. They never replied. Not once. Any reviews you see about them trying to fix their problems they probably didn’t. Once again don’t trust them with your money. Their are multiple reviews on here stating how people have been having issues canceling, so i know I’m not the only one. I’m not paying you for your mistake, especially when I tried to contact you multiple times. I’m going to talk to your law office tomorrow.I wish we could have handled this, but they have to be able to have actual contact with their customers for that to happen, they would rather scam you out of your money and it is gross.

Great gym set up, but when you try to cancel your membership they will not help you at all! I canceled in person last summer. I then moved out of the area, 2+ months later I was still being charged. I ended up being charged for about 5 months total. During this I contacted them multiple times and they were no help (saying they will call back, never answering emails, etc). I then disputed the charges because they would not, and opened a new bank account with a physical location closer to where I live. I just received a letter from their law office telling me to pay or it would affect my credit score A YEAR LATER. I’m disputing the charges. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!

Nice location, little pricy for no sister locations or network of gyms to use when out of area. Nice classes ,nice equipment Nice staff and the suana, massage beds and tanning are great perks with the 47.00 monthly fee,

Plenty of cardio equipment as well as weight machines and free weights. Tanning is a nice inclusion as well as the hydrotherapy beds. The staff is courteous and the fellow gym members are friendly.

I only go after work which for me is after hours so there’s never anyone working for me to talk to about things, for instance I’ve been going for a little over a month and the water filter for the bottle filler has been marked as needing to be changed the whole time. For the price you think they’d have newer equipment. The stuff works but it’s dated. The leg press has broke twice now. But I’ll give that it’s usually very clean.
