Have used this pharmacy since 1993. Stephanie is amazing. They are fast and extremely friendly. Located at MCCH so very convenient if your doctor or services are in the hospital. Highly recommend

They were very late on a delivery one day and I assumed they weren't coming so I went to the store in my power chair. I eventually got them to redeliver but they first said they wouldn't then accused me of deliberately skipping out on my prescription which is something I would never do because I desperately need it. They then proceeded to berate and guilt trip me because they were busy and made me feel awful over a simple misunderstanding and complained because I didn't call to warn them that I was going to the store. I've never been treated so rudely by a pharmacist or the staff like this before and I am taking my business elsewhere

I was a hospital employee for 18 years and used MAP for the convenience of location and my insurance coverage. I've been gone from MCCH since 2011 and I still use Medical Arts. Wouldn't change pharmacies. I've never had any negative issues and means a lot when you know everyone who works there and most of all, they know me!

Had some bad experience here. When some confusion arised, they did not listen to and believe in a patient in the first place. When communicating with the doctor to make sure about the prescription, they simply assumed I am wrong and distorted what I meant. They made me feel really stupid and I will try not to come here anymore.
