Regarding Service Dept. - Sent daughter to college, truck fully service at home, brand new expensive wiper blades put on her truck, she goes to Parker Ford for an oil change, they change the oil and take off her new wiper blades stated they were worn??? in 30 days, hard to believe, but she's 18 and paid for it. Second visit she came home for winter break, truck fully services by our family Ford dealership before leaving for college all filters were changed, then 5K miles later, took her truck in for a simple oil change, left with a $404.00 bill! They changed oil filters, which were changed 5K miles ago, and also stripped the oil plug! Called to let service dept know and they stated tech was let go a while ago, but nothing but sorry! Our daughter waited for this oil change and never was let know the cost before the work was done, just left with a large bill! Beware sending your college kid there for vehicle work or simply an oil change, bad business practices for sure!

Our Local Ford Dealership is awesome, Ms. Pam and Mr. Cody in the service department took control of our difficult situation and made us ecstatic that we have such a fantastic dealership right here in Murray. Customer service is hard to find these days, but not here. Communication and on time delivery was exactly what we received. If you ever need your Ford vehicle fixed or serviced, we wholeheartedly recommend you take it straight to Parker Ford. Feel free to tell them that I recommend their service. Parker Ford made our car buying experience easy. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and our salesman Tim went the extra mile to take care of us. I made the drive up from Nashville because they had a used vehicle we were interested in but also because of all the positive reviews I read about this dealership. After completing the purchase it's easy to see why so many keep going back. I would absolutely drive two hours to buy another vehicle from them in the future.
