“Usually the staff greets you as you walk-in but here lately it has been different workers and they have been rude. Was at check out an the lady threw my toilet paper back at me. Then was at register a different time an seen she was busy in her cellphone texting so I ask do I need to use another register an she acted as if I wasn't even standing there. Maybe she needs to find another job if she isn't happy with this. This isn't the only time encountering her rudeness.”

“Wii shop at Big lots in Murray regularly. We bought this awesome gazebo a month or so ago. We got a great value at a great price. We absolutely love it. The service was great and the manager and staff were very friendly. It was super heavy yet they had no issues loading it onto my trailer for me. Thanks guys. We'll be back as always....”
“This is my favorite location! It has such a wide variety of options. Saves me from having to go to Walmart and the staff here is AMAZING! There are two other locations that are closer to where I live but since I went in to this one it has been the one I go to. It's clean and there aren't isles full of stock stacked up in front of the merchandise. If you live in Murray I suggest going to this location!”
