DECEPTIVE SALESMAN—
I am 23yo, and I bought my very first car here about a year ago. I was told when I bought the vehicle that there were 4 brand new tires on the vehicle. Ever since I have gotten the car I have had one tire that is continuously going flat. I took it to David Taylor to have it checked out. They said the patch had gone bad, and they needed to re-patch the tire. Patch a new tire?? So they patched the “new” tire. After I pick it up my vehicle shakes insanely. I call and they said it is fine to drive and book me an appointment for a few days later. I call back because I need to go on a road trip, and then all of a sudden it’s not safe to drive a long distance?? They don’t take anything seriously. Their service department is a joke. My tire ends up going flat again. I took it back to David Taylor. This time they say there is plastic inside of the tire that hadn’t been taken out. They take the plastic out.. The tire continues to go flat. Now David Taylor says it is leaking out of the valve stem on the tire. David Taylor finally told me a year later that only the front two tires were new, and my tire that keeps going flat needs to be replaced for $250.
In conclusion, David Taylor salesmen will blatantly lie to you to get you to buy the vehicle. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else if you value honesty, integrity, and respect. David Taylor will take advantage of you!

My mom and I had been shopping for cars for two days and we decided to check out David Taylor in Murray, Ky. A very nice man, Shayne, came right up and helped us. We drove a few cars and he actually rode with us. We had such a great time, he cut up with us and was just a down to earth guy. We never felt pressured or like we were being talked into anything. Super nice experience! Definitely going back for our next vehicle!!

Service needed was unplanned and they fit me in quickly. The estimated time needed and fee was timely and accurate. Appreciated Logan’s attention to helping me with a rental and making the experience as seamless as possible.

I was told at my previous appointment I needed rear brakes and rotors and it would be a little over 300.00. it took me a while to save the money. I called made an appointment and was informed the recall parts were in. When I paid the 318.00 and got my invoice there was no mention of rotors only pads. I was overcharged if that's the case

My last visit I was told that I had a sensor that needed to be replaced and that would fix the check engine light. Nothing was wrong with the engine I was told. I brought it in to have a recall performed on the air bags and had been told that this would fix the seat belt light that stays on. Finally I needed the oil changed.
Oil change and air filter were done. Check!
I was told that the recall did not fix the light and that it would cost an additional $1200 to change a sensor that goes to the airbags. When I asked about the airbags working correctly as they were I was told “I could say.”
Then I was told that a rear seal needed replacing and that would cost $2200. $3400 total!
So to answer survey? They did a good oil change for $250.

This place goes out of their way to help their customers, and gets them on the rd in no time. I traveled through the area and had a flat tire. Called several places no one would squeeze my last minute service call in. This place how ever said yes we will get you taken care of. I was on the rd so quick again that it blew me away. From service desk to mechanics a 5 star well deserved
