Holly provided excellent customer service in the pharmacy. She was very thorough when explaining the situation regarding my medication and was helpful and kind. She was transparent about the time it would take to get my medication in and gave me other options to try and get it faster. You can tell she values customers and their treatment is a priority for her. I highly recommend choosing CVS over other pharmacies in murray.

This store is very inviting and very organized not to mention very clean. They also hire great people. One lady stands out there. She is friendly and very helpful. You can tell that she really and truly cares about her customers. She goes up and beyond for them. CVS hired a gem for sure. Great job Dasia S. Great job CVS for finding her. Keep up the awesome work Dasia, you are definitely going to go far in your life. God bless.

This place is a joke. Multiple times I've been waiting in line for the drive thu to pick up a prescription and had them close down early for lunch. Such a big inconvenience. Would not recommend sending prescription here!!

The store itself is great. But the pharmacy needs to be managed better. I’m sure it’s coming from corporate. But they sure are not there to help the customer. You must do all the leg work. Another reason to shop local. Mom and pop pharmacies rock??

Normally I love my local cvs. But the last 2 visits I've encountered a rude, condescending employee. I normally shop on Saturdays, it's the only day I have available without grandkids. I bought toothpaste and when I didn't receive the $5 credit that was advertised, I was informed by the young man that they put the new ads out on Saturdays, rather than Sundays when they apparently start. And I should not expect to get the deal that is advertised on the shelf as it doesn't start for another day. And this visit he will kindly honor it but not to expect it again. He was a rude, cocky, young man. Don't put the ad stickers on the shelf a day early and expect the customers not to assume that's the correct sale. And for a 20 something kid who knows no respect for his elderlys, and obviously lacks any customer service skills to talk to me like I'm a child in trouble is absolutely wrong in every way. CVS of Murray, the young male employee that works up front needs a revamp of what good customer service is. And if he ever speaks to me the way he did last Saturday I will not politely walk away. My 6 year old granddaughter was with me that day, because of that I keep my mouth shut but it won't happen again. Shame on you !!!

Not a well-functioning pharmacy. Routinely takes up to 48 hours for them to refill prescriptions. You go there and wait forever. I've sat there for 45 minutes watching employees just gab it up back there meanwhile there's 5 people waiting on their prescriptions. They close the drive-thru all the time. If you ask them to take a prescription OFF of you (no longer need it) they will tell you they do then you'll get prompted still if you want that prescription refilled anyways on the automatic call-in line, or they'll ask you.Prescription that was supposed to be ready on Friday still isn't ready today (Sunday). Corporate really needs to know how poorly this pharmacy in Murray runs. Pharmacy is only in their name!!

If someone is in drive-thru and their medicine isn't ready, have them come back around. For the rest of us, waiting in line for 20+ minutes for meds that are already ready is ridiculous.

I am really not one to complain about Pharmacy & Medical things but CVS never answers the phone for one & I know they are swapped I get it. But it doesn’t take a lot of effort to be kind to someone that drives up to the window & picks up prescriptions & the first thing the lady says is you know how much this is? Then they hand her a discount card & she rolls her eyes like your bothering me & now she is gonna have to go change it OMG…. (By the way this was not me) Maybe she was having a bad day & I understand but you don’t have to be rude to others cause of your bad day or whatever is going on. I wish people could see that there smile, kind words, help many people everyday weather they know it or not I really do believe (for me anyway) it takes more of a effort to be rude & unkind , when being a nice human is so much more rewarding for yourself & of course most the time the other person also it always makes me feel better & we all need a little easinesses in our life! Again not trying to point fingers or call anyone out who knows when they picked there script up they could have been rude or the lady might have took something wrong but you know the moral of the story.

Go to Kroger's or Walmart!! This is really pathetic, that they have such low standards for their company. Longest waits to answer phones, Big chance to be hung up on, Drive Thru closed at 4pm, line of 15 people inside and 1 cashier. The worst pharmacy service I've ever seen in many states!
