This is by far the worst CVS on the planet. The drive-thru is closed most of the time, they text you to pick up your order only to get there and it’s NOT ready and you have to wait twenty minutes! If you can use Walgreens do so, they seem to care about your business and the employees are nice and helpful. Not true with this CVS.

1 pharmacist, 3 techs, 1 drive up window worker with a closed drive up, 1 COVID specific employee and a store manager all counting pills and preparing prescriptions for customers, and I still have to wait 30 minutes THE DAY AFTER my scrip was sent in. They had the audacity to suggest that they were shorted staffed. This happened twice in one week and it was the last. I switched all my scrips to Walgreens across the street. Maybe a little less talking and lot less social media while you’re “working” would help speed up the process ladies. It’s like my grandmothers sewing circle crossed with a small chicken coop back there. Don’t waste your time with this location.

They run a skeleton crew. The drive threw is closed sometimes. I love the store but get your crew set.

I live a very long way from home and stay at the university. I really depend on this CVS's services when I have any medical needs. I know how easy it can be to take the services for granted because they're always there but I really appreciate the work everybody here does.

I just picked up my medicine with a lot of questions and a couple copay cards. The lady's behind the counter and the pharmacist were just amazing helping me out. Stopped what they were doing and Answered all my questions. How great it is to have customer service to this degree. Thank you ladies! Job well done! John wilson

IF the staff is slow, it's because they are doing the best they can with the staff they have. It depends on the season, what's going around and who's affected as to how well-staffed they are that day. They are not God, however, they can be Angels. Should you ever get into medical trouble in their store or on their premises, I think you will find that out. Nice, Caring folks. Be kind. They really do try to give good personal service. If by chance you get a rude employee, perhaps their Private world is crashing, still that is no excuse to take it out on You. Simply give a heads-up to Management. Maybe that worker needs some kindness shown. Within reason, compassion and patience are a two way street.
