Avoid this place at all costs. You may want to think that in a small town like Murray, where everybody knows everybody, this place would care about its reputation, you are wrong. What does it take to install a bumper? You have to order a correct size bumper and then install it correctly. But for this place it is too much of the task. When the bumper is too big for the size of your car, and when they try to make it work, or if a mechanic does not know how to do it, you get gaps in all possible places where you can stick a pinky finger through. Instead of correcting the screw up, they tell you that the bumper is the correct size, it is just that the car shrunk over time and there is nothing they could do about it. We contacted the insurance adjuster telling him that we are not going to pick up the car looking like that. The insurance adjuster came over to this place and we do not know what conversation they had, but the bumper got adjusted a little bit so it does not look like a bumper is separated from the rest of the car; however it still looks pathetic. They lie into your face; their courtesy is passive-aggressive. I wish we never gone to this place. Save yourself nerves and money, take your business somewhere else.

Very disappointed in the quality of this body shop. Got rear ended and had some damage to get repaired. State Farm doesn't have a wide variety of body shops in their network for this area so we went with them in case things weren't right the first time. Well things weren't right the first time. Poor quality of painting, didn't fix a couple of paint chips in the area that was repaired, blamed it on the insurance company for not catching it for approval to fix, sand blast powder all in the back seat and in the trunk, spray paint can rolling around in the trunk that was not removed. Not sure what they were using spray paint on. A sticky film on the back window and side of the car. They refused to repaint the bumper because the car is red and the bumper had a orange tint to it, according to them it was fine, by the way my wife ran a paint department in a shop, she knows blends. They may have done good work on other customers but not for us. We own a 22 vehicle, we expected that 22 to have a great paint job. We will take our business somewhere else.

Place simple does NOT care about anything, especially quality work. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible customer service and even worse on the actual work done to my vehicle. First time they told me that my vehicle was 'ready' on 6/16 found bolts and trim pieces missing, fog lights didn't work after the work (when they did the day I dropped it off), other trim was left loose, paint over spray on parts of engine and radiator, MAJOR clear coat over sprayed onto the driver front door glass so badly you couldn't see through, driver front door was rubbing against the fender along with other fitment issues of the hood/headlights/ grill, fender, the "brand new" hood even had a dent in it. This continued on for MONTHS with some things being fixed, while others made worse, and also new issues found/ noticed on 6/24, 7/5, 7/26, 8/23, and 9/2. Frankly the repairs still are not what I had hoped for from "one of the top rated body shops of the area".

Worst place ever!!! Workers want to treat people like they are stupid. Still can't get the paint matched claiming it has to do with plastic verses metal on the car when actually it just means they don't have a painter skilled enough to understand how to paint. They use aftermarket parts instead of OE without letting customers know. And they are not sorry for their actions. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Only one star because no stars wasn't an option. This would have to be the absolute worst place to take a vehicle for repairs. Had an appointment to drop off my car on 12/27/22 & it wasn't even touched until 1/10/23. My daughter got the parts aren't available for the next two weeks. After having my insurance company call the shop & get a date of completion of 1/26/23... which changed 1/30/23 due to not having the bumper. Then was changed yet again to 2/2/23 or 2/3/23 due to the fact that the replacement headlight assembly was broken. Do not take your vehicle in to this shop unless you want to be out of your car for at least 5 weeks & hear a multitude of b******* excuses.

I called trying to get and estimate and set my vehicle up for a bumper cover replacement, and they won't take money to repair a vehicle. I don't know what kind of business refuses to take money, but I guess they can run it however that want.

Unless you are using insurance they will not give an estimate on painting a vehicle. We are refurbishing a car and cannot get a quote from them.
