The person that helped me was so mean. My card had not been working all day and I only tried to use it twice. She said I tried to use it wayyy too many times when the transactions were $0. She didn’t help at all and just said try it later today.

I sometimes go here to cash my work check on the account the money is drawn on. Most times it’s costs me 7$ to cash my check. Other times it’s been 0$. Yesterday, the teller told me 8$. I mentioned it’s been 7$ up till now, did they raise the fee? No, she says, it’s always been 8$. I looked at my husband and confirmed with him we’ve been paying 7$, and just smiled back at the teller as she proceeded to charge me 8$ without confirming or asking anyone behind her. So which is it? The free times are nice, I pay the 7$ when I need to. But this Willy Nilly price switching on check cashing is confusing. Didn’t like ya when u were BBT, eh abt ya now.It was the girl that walks about like she’s God’s gift to the planet. The one that thinks she’s the prettiest in the room. I’m sure the coworkers know exactly who I am referring to.

I don't know much about this bank as I don't use it, but my mother does. But I just want to brag on James Hixson who works at this Truist location. Even before we arrived at the bank to manage some things after my father's recent passing, my mom was saying "I hope we get the funny guy. He's so nice and patient." And the second time we visited this bank, James was there and was very helpful, kind and very funny. I appreciate the way he spoke with me and my mom and I feel like I can breathe a little easier knowing there's someone like him there to help her out as we go through these hard times. Thanks James!

I've had no issues with this bank. If you go to any bank during rush hour, be prepared to wait. I've been with BB&T now Truist for over 10 years. And used them all over the country. They've taken care of me many times and only have good things to say. And I've met some of the nicest people here. Don't let the bad reviews scare you. People are just mad they moved locations.

Made a cash deposit on Fri April 29, 2022. On Saturday my deposit wasn't showing so I called the bank, their not showing it either but I do have the deposit slip showing I did. Watch your bank accounts as there have been alot of funny business with banks lately. My money is gone and their not owning up to it.

My account was scammed and I was very upset when I walked in to this branch. Georgia let me voice what happened and help me begin again to see some hope in people. I opened a replacement account and felt good when I left.This branch does not have a lot of tellers, so I am sure others were waiting while I was there, and for that my apologies. I did get the personal attention required for these changes. Thank you!

Since this recent merger or sell out to Suntrust, this bank has gone down hill fast. Actually, there is only 1 original employee remaining. Where did all the others go? They knew my needs, and were so accommodating. I am particularly NOT impressed by an employee with blonde hair. RUDE is the only dedription I have of her. She has no cocept of, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Although, she knows how to prance around in high heels! It is, by far, NOT, the same as what the Doran's founded. I am now close to moving all my accounts to CFSB. I truly miss the "hometown feel" this bank was originally founded. To anyone moving to Murray, find another banking institution.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from the Bank. Nothing to do with any person in particular. I have issues with some of the policies I've recently become aware of and I no longer wish to conduct business with this bank.Not happy with them at all

Worst customer service of any business, bank or otherwise. Have stolen an incredible amount of money from loved ones over the years due to extra fees that no one discusses with you.
