These guys are top notch. Had them replace a transmission and rear end on my truck and their workmanship and professionalism are outstanding. This is by far the best automotive repair shop in Murray.

I called here to get a quote to have some work done on my vehicle. The lady who answered the phone was very rude, and made it seem like they weren’t taking on anymore work because they are so far behind on what they already have.

I took my truck in for an insurance claim. I was told it should take about three weeks to complete and I would be back on the road. After 4 months of “It will be done next week” I finally received word the truck was finished while I was out of town working. I arranged for someone to go pick the truck up for me. When they got there the truck was torn apart still. The work that was completed was all done incorrectly. (I will include pictures) the truck was in such bad shape I had to have it towed to another shop to have it fixed correctly. Once the truck was inspected by the other shop it, it was discovered that BBs used wrong parts on my truck, charged insurance for work they didn’t even complete. The estimate doesn’t match the invoice. Numbers were altered so they would get the same amount from the estimate without replacing everything they wrote on the estimate. Long story short they charged $8,200 for an oil pan gasket to be replaced. My emergency brake cable was cut and at first BBs denied cutting it, then later on said they remembered doing it and just forgot to replace it. They broke the door panel handle was broken and they attempted to glue it back together. ( They can’t even super glue correctly) The whole process with this place was a nightmare. After addressing these issues with them, they haven’t even offered to make it right, or even apologize. Instead they go straight to the defensive and try to make excuses and play the victim. ( watch them come up with every excuse on the replies) Just left an attorney’s office and after showing the attorney all the paperwork, invoices, estimates, texts, and along with statements of other shops and personnel that were directly involved with all this, it was clear that they were definitely in the wrong. If they put as much effort into working on vehicles as they do making excuses, it probably wouldn’t be a bad shop. They are riding the Cunningham’s name the best they can to make them look like a legitimate automotive shop.

Side note to begin, little miss up front needs an attitude adjustment. Her customer service is some of the worst I have seen.
That’s not why I am giving them a one star though. First week of October 2023 I was ran off a road that caused some MINOR damage to the undercarriage of my truck.
B&B was contacted to make sure they would be able to do the work on my 1997 Ford. We were basically told, “ no problem at all”
My truck was dropped off on October 10, 2023. As of March 7, 2024 it is still NOT done, and I’m having to pay out of pocket for a tow because I am tired of the excuses they give me on why it’s not finished.
-On December 13th I asked for an update and was told parts hadn’t been ordered yet and he would order them ironically that day. I am still not sure why my truck sat there from OCTOBER TO DECEMBER with absolutely no work done to it. As well, if I would have never called to baby sit them, would the parts have ever been ordered ? I was told that it would be done by December 25, 2023 (surprise, it wasn’t).
-On January 3rd, 2024 I was told it was supposed to be finished and ready for pick up Jan 17th, 2024 (surprise, it wasn’t).
-On January 27, 2024 was told it would be done on February 2, 2024 (surprise, it wasn’t)
-On Feb 5th I was told it would be done on Feb 9th ( surprise, it wasn’t)
-On Feb 9th was told it would be done on Feb 13th …( you guessed it, it still wasn’t ready)
But wait, there’s more.
-On Feb 13th was told it would be done the Feb 14th… guess what? It was still not done.
-On Feb 16 was told it had a fuel leak, magically now and, needed to order parts to fix that and would take a week AT MOST.
-February 26th they were waiting on the fuel connectors.
-March 4th the fuel lines came in and the truck would be finished March 5th.
-On March 5 my insurance agent contacted me and told me that b&b auto told them it was completed.
It only gets better from here
On March 7, 2024, FIVE months after drop off it was yet to be completed, after LYING to the insurance agency saying it was, and they still didn’t have the parts in that they “ordered and received on March 4”.
I have been given every excuse in the book about why they were running behind like; “because they had to move shops” ( that’s not my problem). Then, I was told that “they were having issues getting parts for my 1997 Ford”… knowing that it was a 1997 Ford before I even brought it in. Then, I was told that they “were having issues getting parts off on the truck” ( whatever this means, don’t you own a body shop?)
It wouldn’t be such a nuisance, if it weren’t for all the lies like being told that it WAS done, or that it would be done by a specific time, or when I was told it was being work on “right now” when in reality it was never even in the shop , and would be sitting outside when I would drive by. But they sure do love taking pictures of my truck though and posting it on social media like they are doing “massive amounts of work” when in reality, they are getting absolutely nothing done.
You would be silly if you bring your vehicle in this corrupt place.
Bring back Cunningham…. For the love of Murray!

Dare I say it, BB's auto made a flat tire convenient! A flat tire is always unexpected and left me and my infant daughter stranded right outside this repair shop. My husband came and swapped out cars with me so we could get home and while he was changing the tire to the spare to just get our jeep home so we could take it in during the week (did I mention this all happened on a Sunday), Bryan was driving by, changed the tire for my husband, gave him a lift back home after he dropped the jeep off at the shop, and by Tuesday morning we had 4 new tires, a spare, the sensors that have never worked on my jeep were fixed, AND my breaks replaced since they were getting a little worn. Great service, great people, timely turnaround, competitive pricing.

Brought my Audi TDI here for routine service. This place is a small shop out in the country but don't let that stop you. This place is a legit shop. Fully licensed mechanics and they do a great job. I had a problem with my car and needed to get it in quick. Called the shop, and Brian got me in same day. He did an outstanding job fixing my car and the price was reasonable. I also brought a truck here I was test driving to get looked over. They gave it a look, an honest opinion and I purchased the truck. Will definitely be getting all my vehicles serviced here. Good, honest, and reasonable mechanics. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

BB's worked on my 2006 F250 diesel truck diagnosing and repairing the problem in great time and price. He also stands by his work. After experiencing another problem with my truck, I brought it in and he diagnosed it and found out it was a failed part that was replaced the 1st time.The part and his labor was covered under his warranty.
