“It’s been 6 years, but I just realized I never left a review for Parker Ford. I bought a used Camaro from them. That experience was perfectly fine. It’s what happened after that made me want to come back and give them a 50000/5 star review. I wish I could remember the name of the salesman because he was lovely, but the team as a whole went above and beyond for my family. I was 20 years old and bought my dream car at Parker Ford. They could have easily tried to take advantage of me but didn’t. I got a very fair price for that car. A few months after I bought it, I lost my dad suddenly. A week after I lost my dad, the car started acting up, which felt like salt in the wound because I suddenly didn’t have a dad to call for help. I sent the salesman a text. I was honest with him that I’d just lost my dad and didn’t know what else to do. He told me to bring in the car and he’d take care of the rest and he did. We brought in my car and my mom’s ford focus was acting up as well (purchased from a different dealership). They gave us loaner cars to use while ours were in the shop and fixed up our cars at no extra cost. They really take being a member of this beautiful community seriously. It’s been six years and their kindness still brings me to tears. I pray nothing but blessings over this business. This review is long overdue, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness.”
“My mom and I had been shopping for cars for two days and we decided to check out David Taylor in Murray, Ky. A very nice man, Shayne, came right up and helped us. We drove a few cars and he actually rode with us. We had such a great time, he cut up with us and was just a down to earth guy. We never felt pressured or like we were being talked into anything. “It is very difficult to get places to work on an RV in Paducah. I had noticed an RV in their lot driving by and stopped in and asked if they could do oil changes. Was very pleased to find out they do so I scheduled to have the oil changed in my Class C RV. Dropped it off in the morning and it was finished before lunch. Outstanding service. And I learned their Murray location has a lift for RVs. So for anyone with an RV, I would recommend to take it to Harlan Automotive.”

“If honesty is something you're looking for, Randy at Max's is the man to see. I just left there after setting up a break change appointment. I heard a little squeak and wanted it have it fixed before causing any more problems. He checked my car out and informed me, I had a lot of life left on my break pads and the squeak could be just from dust or groves, which my car has! I appreciate him saving me money on something that didn't need replacing when he could of easily done them and I'd be none the wiser and still have hear that little squeak! Thank you, Randy!”

“My daughter is a student at MSU and was getting ready to travel cross country for Christmas and I was afraid she needed new tires. I’m several states away so I called and spoke to Keith and he told her to come by the shop and he’d take a look. He inspected her tires and determined she just needed a rotation and she’d be fine. He didn’t try to upsell me or scare me into making a purchase. He just said he’d treat her like his own daughter and wanted to make sure she got home safe. I will be purchasing all of my tires from Warehouse Tire as long as they’re in business. That type of compassionate customer service earned them at least one lifetime customer.”

“Fantastic experience. Could not have gone better.I sent a message on Facebook, it was answered that same day. I had an appointment booked in 2 days. I asked when, so I could take off work, Chris said "no need, I can come pick it up and drop it back off". That's customer service.He gave me updates as he did a diagnostic. He found that it was a more simple fix than what we initially thought.... he did not price gouge or try to fix things that didn't need fixing. He did not charge me a silly hourly rate. It was about 1/3 of the price I thought I would pay, and what some places definitely would charge.Very transparent, very accommodating, explained things well and delivered my truck working better than ever hours later. Highly recommend, and would, and will, use him again for any future repairs or maintenance!”
“Great experience. They did an inspection on my front end. They sent over a detailed estimate. They also sent a link that had videos of them inspecting each component and it showed the ball joints and tie rods were worn. It is nice to know they are not a place that would just throw unneeded parts at it. People in the office were very friendly.”

“I'm visiting from California and my light came on for the tire pressure. I didn't know where to go so I looked at reviews. I chose Economy Tires to do my repair because of the reviews and the location. They did a wonderful job. They found a nail in my front tire and plugged it up. They couldn't remove my tire because I had a lock on it and didn't have the tool, but he put soap and water on the tire looking for the leak. He found it easily and I was out of there quickly and it was only $10! I felt so badly for them working in this heat that I gave them a nice tip for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to go to these gentlemen to fix your tires. They took good care of me and were very honest.”
