THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I can't get my belongings out quick enough. No cameras, no lock gates, you have to purchase locks they own and have an extra key to. The owner calls you on the 2nd day of the month, rudly asking" Where's my money!?!" My unit leaks, all of my stuff is molded. God forbid you send a friend to your unit to get something or put something in it and the people that run it happen to be there. They cursed my friend out asking if they had permission to be there. With the key in my friends hand I might add. I was once notified that my lock was missing/or cut off, but wasn't told for many days after as they tried to accuse me. Thankfully i wasn't missing anything that I know of. As of right now I'm having issues with them because I messaged the people who run it 5 days ago stating I was getting my belongings out by today's date and wondered how much I would owe? I did not get a response, but I did get a phone call 5 days later, from the owner asking "Where's my money?!" I took the opportunity to ask her how much I'd owe and she said if I use it for 1 day, I have to pay for the whole month!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS!! She is a crook and so are the peope working for her.

This place is a JOKE & RIP OFF, Rented a 10×20 storage Building at the end of the month paid 90.00 the lady said it would be 80 a month then 10.00 for the lock, & it would be month to month, well its not even been a half month yet, & she calls me & tells me it was due on the first, don't matter if you get it on the 30th u owe again on the first, and now it's gonna be a 15.00 late charge..
This is RIDICULOUS & the same as who doing people...Lady also said there was camaras, & there is Not, she straight up lied to our face to get that 90.00....Now I see why so maney of her storage units are empty, Very Poor Customer Service & poorly Ran business altogether....

I rented a storage unit from Riverside Self Storage. She tell you up from how she runs her busy. Pay on the first of month. She lock on the fifth of the month and then you have to pay to get it unlocked. She treats everyone the same. She does not show favorites. If you don’t like the way she runs the busy do not rent a unit from.I like the Location.

Lock was rusted, couldn’t get it to open. The guy that was sent said he could drill it out but she would charge us for a new lock. Kind of crooked to charge someone because you buy poor quality locks. Oil, hammer and choice words it finally opened, hateful old woman.

I wish I could give less then one star. The lady who runs this business is never there, the storage leaks and she is always rude. Don't rent from them.

I rent 2 storage units here. I couldn't get my lock on the door..called the owners who I learned are in Florida . Guy said he would come help if I paid him 10 dollars! Went, bought a lock, someone cut it off and stole my stuff!!
