The owner was being disrespectful and was knocking loudly at my restroom door and my boyfriend’s restroom door while we were in the restroom because we were taking too long in the restroom. He was yelling that the restrooms are for customers only. We told him that we were about to buy gas after we took a dump but was still complaining that we should’ve paid for gas first. We explained that we traveled for 20+ hours and needed to relieve ourselves first. He should’ve been patient. The rude interaction was unnecessary. I’ve never had this type of interaction at a gas station. Please be more considerate.

Clerk/owner is misogynistic and violent. Furiously pounded on the bathroom door when he thought I was in there too long and literally yelled at me when I came out saying I wasn’t supposed to make myself at home. Said he had other consumers waiting. (One man who came in after I was in the restroom). This at midnight on a Wednesday with barely a tumbleweed rolling through. I was in the bathroom less than 10 minutes with an urgent issue. He has major anger issues and is honestly probably a threat to anyone who might go in there. Avoid at all costs, this person isn’t safe.

Was on I75 N, got out on this exit to put gas and use the restroom. The lady at the cashier told me that I couldn’t use the restroom if I didn’t buy anything. Very rude person. I had to buy a cup to pee in it because she refused for me to use the restroom. Really bad experience. If I could five them 0 star, I would.These corporations can be sue for treating customers like this. Good I have the location, will be talking to my lawyer soon.1509 Main St, Munfordville, KY 42765This is the location is anyone else need it to send a letter to corporate.

Name changed name to Velero, but its just a new sign new face, same ol 2 star station. Go to Shell or five-star where rewards are honored, staff is helpful and happy, and restrooms are clean.

I Always have a pleasant experience at every visit. The cashiers are extremely nice and helpful, the man that runs the place is super nice. There have been several situations to where they have went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it.
