I sent several emails, no response = poor customer experience. My women's subscription boxes contained size 14 items when I selected M (8-10), all items were not even close to the styles I described during checkout (why ask me to describe my style if they just pick anything they want?), and again, no response to my emails stating the issues and requesting exchange for a 2nd chance for KK Wholesale to make this experience right.
Overall, wouldn't recommend and extremely disappointed that companies still try to get away with scamming people and don't care about customer service at all! They should be ashamed of themselves! People need to be warned of this subscription box scam!

Terrible. Purchased 4 boxes online from them. Boxes were worth less retail then what I bought them for. 1 box had the wrong items and I got no reply after 2 emails.

We've been to this location 3 times now. The first time was great, the prices were great and the stock was great.Past couple of times, it's hit or miss. Prices on a few things were great but not so much on other items. Like I mentioned it's hit or miss as with any other pallet resale place so it's worth the stop
