I do not like not being able to talk with someone at the local level. I do not want to talk to someone at a call center in another country that can only read from a computer screen and not be able to have reasoning and the ability to resolve issues.
In my opinion your customer service went away when the decision was made to close your local offices. If I continue to have issues I will have no other choice than to switch suppliers, one that puts the customer first and not the bottom line of the balance sheet.

Scheduled deliveries has not been consistent. As a result we have to reach Amerigas by phone. Sad to see an excellent service become so disappointing at times.

Asher lied to me and said he'd refund my $300 emergency fee, all while speaking to me like a child. I was still charged the fee, and I spent all day (15 hours) trying to get my propane delivered. I've been with Amerigas for years, and so have my parents. I've never received such terrible service. I can't wait until this tank is empty, I'll be switching to another LOCAL company. I've filled out two of these surveys and still haven't gotten a response. Apparently lying to customers is standard for this company.

You backed the truck in the yard and left ruts. Have been filling that tank since 1990 and not once did the driver do that. I will recommend another gas company to the new owner.

We were customers for many years of the company you purchased and have been yours as well. AmeriGas never filled my tank at all last year. This year, you came in July and filled the tank and charged 3.349 per gallon, but had called my parents earlier this spring who do not purchase gas yearly and live in the same vicinity, and offered them a really good deal if they would make a purchase. I am still looking for their receipt, but I know it wasn't even $3 a gallon. How about a rebate of some sort for regular paying long-time customers???? When this tank is empty, we will be changing companies.

I've been a customer for Over 15 Years and this happens.Budget Plan is Not a Budget plan anymore, nor is it FREE! $90.00 Charge AND my bill went up 2 times in 5 months $30.00 monthly increase. Can't talk with local people sent to the Philippines and they have set responses. No Help.

I received a Amerigas card in the mail for exclusive savings for returning customers. I ordered, received & paid for the 250 gallons of propane and I'm now getting the run around for the $100.00 rebate!! No one knows nothing!!! Is there anyone with the company that knows how to process this or are you doing false advertising & lying? I will be contacting the better business bureau.
