Family threw a graduation party, here. It was a perfect size for the 40-ish people to spend a few hours together and share a meal. I hear the pool is nice, too, but I haven't visited in the summer. Everything was clean and nothing seemed worn.

Twelve oaks clubhouse is a mount Washington Kentucky neighborhood association rental property that opens up rentals for the neighborhood and outsiders. Pricing to rent this house ran around $300 for a day which isn't bad compared to other locations. I helped My cousin plan his mom and dads 50th anniversary surprise party here and it was a nice set too and went well. You walk out on the main level and have a big spacious dining room or gather area with a a full kitchen and dining room attached. Their is an upstairs that is blocked off but looks like a small storage loft area. Not sure you would even need to go up there unless you wanted an aerial picture of your event or party. They do have a basement as well which is full sized and spacious and they decorate it up to look presentable. Renting this gives you access to both floors. They do have a large outdoor pool area that I assume is open to the hoa members in season. This party was held in late January so the pool wasn't a factor. We did not ask if the pool could be reserved if needed in warmer months. If it can be I'd guarantee the price is higher than $300. Overall the party went great and this made for a perfect and affordable party rental space for our event. No complaints from our family at all!

This is a very nice neighborhood located in mt Washington. It is located next to the Walgreens and is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the community. They have very nice elegant homes and a great neighborhood pool as well. These are all clean and nice houses that have kept their value over the years

I so recommend this club house! We had my bridal shower here and it was absolutely beautiful! So spacious and clean. Everyone complemented how beautiful everything was

The clubhouse facility is comfortable and inviting. We hosted a bridal shower for my niece and it turned out beautifully. I love how there is a seperate room for serving the food. Highly recommend Twelve Oaks for your next function!
