“People are friendly. Nobody gets mad about kids playing. The management is upbeat and helpful. The building is clean. And the selection of women’s clothes, men’s clothes, and kids clothes are great. Kids clothes are $2 a piece, men’s shirts are 3.59, and women’s pants are ~$8. I even got a Kate Spade bag for $25! Three shopping bags later, I spent $129. I will for sure be coming back.”
“I always find the best clothes here. Like actual name brand stuff. Plus, the clothes are super nice. They look almost new. I live on the opposite end of Louisville and I travel 30 mins just to go to this goodwill. It will always be my go to”
“This Goodwill store is highly overpriced. Every time I come here I find items that are priced with the original stores price and the Goodwillprice is just as high, if not higher! Did they forget that it's used old stuff that's been donated to them for free? No wonder the owner is a multi millionaire.”

8633 Preston Hwy, Louisville“Love this store when I worked downtown, but it is now permanently closed: “While we may consider another retail location in the future, customers are greatly encouraged to visit our other two locations: 2217 Hikes Ln. at Bardstown Road and 10280 Shelbyville Rd. at Dorsey Lane,” said Patrick Watts, SVDP’s Director of Stores.”
“Limited selection and kind of high prices for a thrift store that gets their entire stock for free, but that's Goodwill for you. Employees are always lovely.”

5117 Antle Dr, Louisville“Selection is always good, Ranks are too close together but that’s every Goodwill. Only one grumpy cashier that I’ve interacted with, the rest are pretty nice.”
“Good sized facility with plenty of booths to explore. Tends to have one of the better furniture selections of the Louisville peddlers malls. Good variety of items.”
“I am a huge thrift store fan, and writing this review is almost like me giving away a trade secret! This thrift store is an absolutely hidden gem among thrift stores in Louisville and deserves your business. They are incredibly fair on their pricing, and a lot of times even way under what you would expect to pay from a thrift store. All their items are in great shape and it seems like most of their clothes are brand new. They are only open on Wednesdays - Saturday and you can only donate on Tuesdays between some specific hours. With that being said, we have switched over all our donations to Big Thrift due to what they are about. Buying things from them supports the church next door, and any items they do not put up for purchase get donated to other countries that need our help. So many more churches need to adopt this idea!”
“Love this store!! I live in Northern Kentucky and every time I visit my Son and his family, I always have to go to Cindys. Never have had a bad experience, customer service is the way it should be, very nice ladies ?”
