Have had the worst experience here have been lied to several times. Been told to upgrade our plan on a special promotion and that it would lower our bill, only to find out its gone up almost $100 a month. Spent the past year trying to get fixed with no help from the store or customer service. Went in to ask what i could do to lower my bill down and was told there was a promotion for trading in my iPhone to the newest version and it would be “on them” turns out that was not the case and now have to pay on a brand new phone.

Today was an experience.Myan & Mia are hands down AMAZING. PERIOD. They care and will not cram services on your line that you don't need. If those two aren't working, leave and come back when they do.Today, I went in to the store to make a payment on my Equipment Installment Plan and ask a question about the bill; on the app, it was showing I had 9 installments left, but 22 credits remaining - that didn't make any sense. While on the way there, Myan & Jena had previously ordered Girl Scout cookies, so I brought those on this trip; multi-tasking at it's finest.Myan took my two payments for 2 different EIPs, both cash AND called into CARE and we figured out what was going on with the credits being mismatched. All was well, and I left the store.Upon leaving the store, I hear my name called and it's the new manager, Daniel. He proceeds to tell me that I'm no longer allowed in the store as I am hurting their CONVERSION and I was soliciting with GIRL SCOUT COOKIES. I'm sorry, what? I said but I'm a paying customer and have been for years, I haven't done anything, he said he was told by Kristen Hickey & Emily Zapata that I was banned from the store. That customers like me hurt their conversion and it didn't matter, I would need to go to another store to make EIP payments. I asked him to repeat that for me on film, and he sure did.Avoid this place. If you're not buying they don't want you in the store, cause it hurts their "conversion". Be careful, cause they will have to call and talk to executive management to upgrade your sale and put everything and the kitchen sink on your account.I immediately called the stores in Fern Creek and the new location in Shepherdsville - they are CORPORATE OWNED. Was advised they have gotten countless complaints about this location and how other customers have been treated as well.Here's the deal, I worked at this store when it was under Mobile Advantage, so we know this community. There are tons of bill paying customers only and to have this attitude towards customers is awful customer service.

Didn't get the help I needed with my phone, the guy that was there seemed bothered. Very disappointing, I had to drive to louisville to get help.

We needed a new T-Mobile Home Internet a few days ago so my Grandaughter & I went to T-Mobile in Mt Washington. We were promptly greeted by Karley in a very professional manner. She handled the entire transaction in a timely manner. She took care of everything. Thank You for providing prompt, courteous service.

The people there are very friendly and helpful...... that being said, I think it's ridiculous to charge 5 dollars in person or 10 to pay your bill by phone..... tried to set it up to pay on line but wouldn't accept my information..... T- mobile is basically charging me too pay my bill in person..... will be looking into other options!!!

Myan E was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!Countless hours she spent with us trying to figure out our plan and we even walked away with an iPad and new internet!! I definitely recommend her for any purchasing needs, she truly does ABOVE and BEYOND for her customers and is such an awesome worker, couldn’t recommend her enough!!!!!

I agreed to a $75 a month plan and specifically asked, and was assured, that it will not go up. 2 months later its now over $90 and they say there's nothing they can do so I'm just paying an extra $250 a year I never agreed to and specifically told them i was not in my budget when i signed up. Im very disappointed because I'm a single mother of 3 and this puts me out more than they probably realize, my budget is tight and I planned for the $75 only. There was a man there who seemed super nice but said there's nothing he can do. I wish I could rate higher because he was so nice but honestly, that doesn't make up for this and there was no resolution to their other employees blatant lie that its making a mess of my budget and I'm stuck with this for who knows how long because we all know you can't just get out from under a phine bill.

I was going to give 5 stars because Karly was so sweet and I thought was going to help me but it looks like whatever she did- did not work. I was trying to get my phone turned back on, I paid my bill and she said it would take a few hours to come back on. Well I have waited 3 hours and I still don’t have a phone. I can’t call there to find out why, I can’t call customer service obviously and it is 30 miles from me. I wish I would have stayed in Mt Washington and waited but I didn’t. I have been with sprint/t-mobile for 19 years and this is the first time I have had trouble

By far the best experience I've had in a cell phone store, ever. Fruit went above and beyond to find a solution to my sim card issue when others quit at the first technical road block. From now on, I will only buy hardware from this storeAsk for Fruit.

Went in a little after 7 with wife and daughter - Fruit and another employee (Sorry I can't remember her name) worked together to get all 3 of us upgraded to new iPhones. - we all left with the new phones and unlike when I had Sprint the bill even came out right the first time! Great store, great customer service.

Had no problems getting a new service. Mr. Fruit is who waited on us, and I definitely recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

Fruit worked with me to update my plan and a great deal on new phones with watches. Best experience I've ever had at a phone store. Fruit went way beyond my expectations. He deserves a raise!
