Was wanting to reserve for 7/2/2024 but it only gave me the option to start lease on August 28th. We'll anyways I've been asked 3 times to leave a review so here's the review, I haven't been to the storage facility and my Lease with them hasn't even started yet so it's pretty annoying every day being asked to leave a review.

Nice storage units clean inside. Did have a little confusion when we opened our unit and it was half the size we had asked for. Came to find out that we had 2 units next to each other. No big deal just wanted to be informed. All in all we haven't had any other issues. Update. They raised our rent after only 3 months. Ouch!

Very good and quick customer service and very easy and quick process to rent a storage unit. Was rented and putting stuff in the unit in about 10 minutes. Futuristic no hassle storage unit. Thumbs up!

The sales rep was very respectful, courteous, wanting to take care of my needs what I wanted and needed very knowledgeable and giving me information and did not try to force anything on me. Just very concerned about what was best for me and my family. I really enjoyed that great people skills Because of that I would recommend Storage express to anyone I know great customer service is a lost gift storage express is one company that still has awesome Customer Service. I would write you guys one to five or five star, and being the best As number five.

AL was GREAT!! He was on the property while I was grabbing some storage items and he helped me out when he didnt have to!! GIVE AL A RAISE!!! And he has a great personality and very friendly!! Awesome worker!! Thank you AL!!

Just about the best service. Always clean, feels very secure. I have had to change sizes, but it's easy and I'm sure my craft supplies are safe. Available times and well lite for evening offloads. Keep up the great work. Thanks.
