I had an emergency where I found mold on a mattress I got from Sam’s Club. It is New Year’s Eve and everything else is closed and wouldn’t open till Monday. I called and the owner was on his way out of town. He came back to the store and was very patient and helped us find the perfect mattress. My wife and I were very impressed and highly recommend doing business here. We were even looking at more expensive mattresses and he still went through the process of showing us the cheaper ones and making sure we made the right choice. I like doing business with honest people.

Love my new Bowles Mattress and Keith was very helpful in the choosing process. Always feels good to buy local and support individuals instead of big companies. My wife and I had been looking for the right Mattress for months and drove from PRP to finally find it. Thanks for the great service and awesome nights sleep!

I recently had an apartment fire, my three children and I lost all of our furniture. Spalding Mattress in Mount Washington donated us a mattress to help us out. They have been so generous to us in this time of need if I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them and their business ethics.

I bought my mattress three years ago...I called within the first week of purchase and Terry said there was not a return option. My old mattress was already disposed of. We wanted the pillow top but he sold me on the one down from this mattress. I was told for the price it was the best option. We had to go to kohl’s and buy a foam mattress cover. He told me that the mattress would soften up in a few months...ITS BEEN THREE YEARS! It is still as hard as a ROCK! I have learned that I am not the only customer he did this same thing to. I would suggest a store with a better return/exchange policy!

I bought my mattress from these fine folks. All I can say is WOW I haven't seen customer service like this in years. The salesman went out of his way to be sure I got the perfect mattress. I needed it delivered and I couldn't believe when he told me he would bring it himself when they closed. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

This store carries Bowles Mattresses. The owner is above par professional and knowledgeable about all of the products he sells. I have been wanting a specific kind of Bowles Mattress since our stay at The Market Street Inn, Jeffersonville IN as that is the kind of mattress they have in their rooms there. My husband went to Spalding Mattress to inquire about the Bowles Mattresses. He explained about The Market Street Inn. The Owner of Spalding Mattress made not one but TWO phone calls for us to find out how we could purchase as close too the mattress we had slept on at The Market Street Inn. A couple of days later my husband took me there for me to try the EXACT mattress. It was HEAVENLY. We placed an order etc. The proprietor of Spalding delivered our new mattress last night. It is no less than perfect and is the exact mattress that was in his showroom however it was made just for us at the Bowles Mattress Factory in Indiana. I highly recommend Spalding Mattress and we will return when we are finished redecorating and completing our bedrooms. We will have in total 3 beds all with Mattress from Spalding! I AM VERY PLEASED . The mattress of my choice is a "medium plus" which means it is not too firm and not too soft. It is JUST RIGHT. Last night I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud!!! ! I didn't wake up with any soreness or stiffness as I did on my old mattress. This store offers MANY choices for individual needs. As I said the owner is very courteous and professional. An added bonus - this store is AFFORDABLE. There is no price gouging going on here. FIVE STARS!
