We had a wonderful experience with John introducing us to his products of home and auto insurance. Our policy with Service 1st is going to save us a lot on our insurance premium and is upgrading our benefits!! That’s a plus to us. Hopefully we won’t have to make a claim but if we do, I feel like we are in a good place...

Great company! We had insurance with progressive and State Farm for years and recently switched to Erie through service first and love the new rates we will never switch back. John and Stephanie are great and always so helpful and kind.

When Erie Insurance first entered the Kentucky market Service 1st Insurance‘s founder, John Zirnheld, decided to start his own independent insurance agency.
John loves the insurance industry and as insurance adviser he loves protecting people. He wants his clients to understand how their insurance products work and what insurance could do for them in the case of an emergency or accident.
Growing up in Louisville, Kentucky and graduating from Western Kentucky University (with a BA in Marketing), John is a local in the area and knows the best way to service his clients. Having lived in Mt. Washington, Kentucky since 2011 he is an established member of the community and understands how to provide insurance to his friends and clients alike.
