This is the only tier 1 pharmacy in Mount Washington and they SUCK. They absolutely suck. Everything takes FOREVER. When I lived in Louisville, I never waited more than 30 minutes for a prescription. It's been half a day, I called and they said.... give us an hour!!!! Unacceptable..

I was at this Kroger 4 times a month sometimes more, I buy the Kroger pre made salads loved them until they starter putting the non eatable end cap( garbage) off the romaine lettuce in the salad to weigh it down, Will not shop at this Kroger store, again

I shop at 3 different kroger depending on which direction I am coming from. This Kroger stands above them. Clean and I am amazed every time how friendly the employees are. I try my best to only go to this location!

My son applied to krogers and was told he was hired into the meat department. After he was told this, he went and quit the job he had. It has now been over a month and the HR lady (Connie) has only told him they were waiting on background check. He has checked back in with her regularly through messages which she replies, still waiting to come back. Starting last week he went into the store looking for Connie or a manager to find out what the problem is. He keeps being told to come back next day or they will call. He received no calls so continued to go back in. Today, he got to talk to store manager (Alex) which he was told that Connie had hired someone else and then walked off. My son went back into Kroger to talk to Connie. At this time Connie tried telling him that she had tried to call him. (There was no record of any calls or messages left). Connie said she was told by the manager to hire someone else.
This kind of business shenanigans should not be tolerated. He was told he was hired but now they are saying he is not. He still has written correspondence saying hired but they now tell him he isn’t. I will do my best after today to no longer shop at that store. I know I am only one person but the way management treats people is not acceptable. Thanks for your time

I went to this store last night (May 15) to do some shopping. What a joke! They only had one set of self checkout lanes open and only one lane open for regular checkout. People were lined up 15 deep or so and there were hardly no employees anywhere. What has happened to this store? It was never like this in the past. It used to be one of the best Kroger stores around. I will definitely need to find another store to do my shopping.

Very expensive and the self checkouts are not set up right for people with large orders and older people with disabilities .
Wears me out more than a 8 hour day of working.

I stop everyday for Starbucks before work and often breakfast for my Teams. Today was horrible at Starbucks. I ordered ahead online..he started my green tea FRAPPUCCINO a few minutes after I arrived to the store. When he poured my green tea FRAPPUCCINO..he realized it didn't fill the venti cup...so he had to make more. He set my frap on counter as he started making more to fill my cup. He them stops, waits on people at counter. Makes their coffee and sandwiches ...all while my FRAPPUCCINO is sitting there waiting for him to make more to fill my cup. He waited on someone else and I am still standing there...I finally approached him and said I didn't want the Frap that set there now melting ...and not even him preparing it to be filled in line of my order before helping other customers. He began to argue with me that he had it in progress... and I left. Thanks for the poor service to someone who is here daily..not only for Starbucks but food....especially ordering ahead.
