“Just had to Give A SHOUT OUT TO GERAD AT BUILDER SURPLUS....I've never been to this store before, and I live 5min away.Gerad was not Only Friendly and Knowledgeable but just pleasant to speak to and it was shocking because He was a Young guy...lol I WILL BE BACK ....5 STARSSSS...GREAT JOB??”

“Menards store chain is brand new to the Louisville area, and it is a welcome addition to having Lowe's and Home Depot. I like that it is a different layout and concept than the other two. When you enter the single entrance to the store there is the combined customer return & service desk with only 1-2 employees. Also, there off to the side is a tool rental area where I assume the customer service desk people help you. To enter the store from here, you go tru a turnstile. Also, as you enter, there is a self-help area where you can pick up Menards' current sales ad and a printout of the stores layout to help you find things. All the employees I felt with were helpful and friendly. They have a little bit of everything. I recommend stopping by as soon as you get a chance , just make sure to allow plenty of time to browse, you might even want to pack a lunch or at least a snack...did I mention the have a small grocery section ? !”

Darrel helped me load my large items into my car, he did so with a smile and took care to be gentle with the items and my car. I enjoy this HD location. The Online Pickup is always outstanding, too!”

When we got the can home it would not open so we had to spend our time and gas money to return the item and exchange which I know wasn't the fault of tractor supply but they should of gave us a small discount on the item . The lady was extremely nice that check us out.”
