Unable to open an account because I am homeless. The manager asked me to leave because I wouldn't disclose where I sleep at night. It's starting to get cold out night and holding cash out here makes me nervus.

I love this branch! We started out with CUB then stayed into GAB. The staff at this location are always so kind and super helpful! They are the main reason we continue to bank here!

Have been a customer with Cub Bank for 20 years. This branch is very convenient and easily accessible for this area. Employees are super friendly and helpful.

Solid bank located off Bardstown road shortly after entering the city of Mount Washington. I have an elderly relative who does not drive anymore who pays some bills through this bank so once a month I make the 10 min trip since i live close to Mount Washington and drop off there bills and checks for them. I usually always use the drive thru and the workers are always very nice and work with a quickness. No real complaints from me. They always deliver the services I need. They do have shorter hours and close early on a Saturday ( noon) but for a smaller bank in a smaller community I understand that.

Friendly, Helpful Staff. Great local branch for my personal banking needs. I have had an account here for over a year and I have always been happy with the services they provide to me. Online banking is very convenient too!
