I have been going to BHN a long time. Nice employees. They go out of their way to give the best nail manicure or pedicure. Easier if you make an appointment.

If you are a person of color, avoid this place. They are overtly racist. Whenever I’ve gone with my husband, who is white, we get seated and service quickly regardless of how busy they are, without appointment. Whenever I am by myself, a woman of color, they have me wait. Today I waited for over an hour and people who had arrived after me kept getting service before me. At first I thought it was maybe because they had an appointment but I overheard one customer specifically say they didn’t have an appointment and still got service before me…when I heard that, it confirmed my suspicions. It’s a shame

Employees are always friendly, always very detailed! Salon is clean, if you bring a color on your phone or picture they will find it for you!

The staff at this salon are very friendly and good at what they do. There was only a 10 wait for walking in. So much better than the other salon where you wait for over an hour even with an appointment.

Took forever to get me in. Even when I calle d ahead, and they do my acrylics and they broke the next day. And got my nails painted and they didn’t put me under the light dryer and on the way out they made me sign the receipt with wet nails. And completely destroyed them, the lady painted back over chipped painted nails and it looked horrible, this place is overpriced for their poor work.

Not the best fill in. The lady who did my nails wasn't the best. She didn't clean them up well after finishing. My nails have already chipped and the chrome is gone. Wouldn't recommend.
