I purchased some parts today, and all the clerks were very kind, helpful, and speedy, but there was one that was an absolute standout. To say she went above, and beyond any expectation would be an absolute understatement. Her skill, commitment, and work ethic are stellar. She installed my new battery, and replaced my spark plugs like a champion voluntarily.
I am not sure how AutoZone became so fortunate to have found this gem, but I hope they know, and appreciate that they have her. In today's labor market it's a hard find.
Thank you Kendra H., you helped me beyond words, and I am very grateful to you.

Came in to have my battery checked after my drivers door wouldn’t lock. Employee Claimed it failed and tried to sell me a new one. When I questioned the print off not adding up as I was not experiencing issues with starting up, he pretty much tried to gaslight me. Went down the road to O’reily who told me my battery was good. Once my husband was home and able to check it and confirm it was completely fine. My key fob was low on battery causing the issue I had. Not a whole new battery needed despite what your employee told me. Won’t come back here for future needs.

I went in to by some wiper blades for my car. The young lady that helped me was extremely helpful. She even put them on for me. I was very impressed. I will be returning if I ever need anything else for my vehicle.

I was in a rush before work and needed to get a new battery for my wife's vehicle. Marie at this location was amazingly helpful and installed my new battery for me at the store. I really appreciate this, her attitude, and her work ethic. Great experience!

I want to say that there is a manager there. Her name is Sierra, she is always so helpful and nice and goes the extra length to get what you need. I am disabled, she helped me to my car, helped me get all my items into my car, called another store and made sure my other parts were there before I drove over to the other location. I love seeing her in there when I go in. Always deal with her!

The guy closing closing tonight was completely useless. Wouldn't help find an item the website says they have in stock. When I finally decided to walk out found him crouched/sitting behind the checkout counter on his phone.
