The employees are super helpful and always know how to put a smile on my face. The customers in mount Vernon however are very rude and stuck up. Sorry the staff had to deal with these people.

Possibly the most incompetent people I've ever encountered in the pharmacy. Lazy, slow, uninformed, and generally less than capable. Doesn't matter if you have your prescription called ahead you'll still be waiting at least hour after you show up. Then you'll be met with attitude if you question why they are so far behind. Probably need to move all these people on and start with a new staff. The pharmacy is like watching the three stooges. Pretty ridiculous.

Had to go in here today to take my mom to pick up her meds, my mother has chronic lymes disease & it makes her very sick, so she looks sickly. Well walking up to the window the blonde lady already had a judgemental stare, she talked to my mother like she was stupid or something was wrong with her. Very rude. I am sick of how people treat others when they have NO IDEA what there dealing with. My mother was hurt by how the women treated her, knowing she can't help how she looks. So if the lady's see this, try casting some of your judgements on yourself. Not everyone in this small town does drugs.

This Walgreens always grinds my gears. I’m not one to complain. But when you’re texted or called that your prescriptions are ready for pick up so you go to pick them, and they tell you that they didn’t send you that message that you’re gonna have to wait longer on top of the one you just waited to then literally text you again as soon you park in there parking lot that your prescriptions are ready. So I go in and I got them. All was fine. I get home and I get a call that they have another prescription that I need to pick up. Why not fill them all at once? Why send me a message and tell me my meds are ready to then turn around and tell me they aren’t?! And this is a constant with them. Not a one time thing. Will be sending my meds some place else for now on!!

Ive been bringing my family here for any pharmaceutical needs for a decade, they went downhill since Walgreens took over. I could deal with the 1-2 hr wait times but the rudeness was what got me. They lost a customer. From the attitudes, i really dont think they care though.

Hat's off to this walgreens. Just got a call from corporate about an issue I had with promotional offer. They have rectified my problem. I'm just tickled that a nice lady called me back to solve a problem. Very professional. This is not my regular walgreens, but i will surely shop it when in the area.Thank you!

Was a great place before Walgreens came in and took it over. Now they won’t help you at all. It’s like you being there and EXPECTING them to do THEIR JOB is a burden to them.
