Very nice people. Told me right up front what the costs were. My car problem was solved because it wasn't electrical, but I think Kincer would have done a fair, good job, if it was.

Kincer's was recommended by a mechanic we know and trust when we had all but given up on getting our '13 F150 which had been giving us fits since we purchased it used. It had an Advance Trac alarm, the radio would turn on and off on it's on and even change band width. We were about to say that the truck was possessed! The Advance Trac alarm was on when we purchased it and we had spent a lot of money on the truck for unexpected problems like the timing system crapping out unexpectedly. Anyway, our mechanic said that Kincer's might be able to figure out what was going on with all the codes that truck had thrown. Sure enough, they did a lot of diagnostic work, identified what needed to be changed to fix the advance trac, cleared a couple of the codes and determined that the problems with the radio are all caused by something in the steering column. There's still work to be done to the truck to get it back to where we want it, but at least we have a direction to go in that nobody else has been able to figure out or was willing to take the time to do! Highly recommend Kincer's.

We had our instrument cluster repaired by Kincer's. It's about 1/2 the cost of getting a new one and having a dealer program it. Mike is a great guy who will take the time to tell you what you need to know. I saw some key fobs hanging on hooks in his office. I got a spare fob for my Linoln MKC. Mike programmed it and made the physical spare key inside the fob. He took the time to test everything to make sure nothing was missed. I would recommend Kincer's to anyone needing instrument clusters or spare fobs.

Great experience getting my car fixed. Nothing on the console worked and Mr Kincers service fixed it all. I now have heat,radio and all the extras!! Thank you all so much!

The back lighting on my 2008 Chrysler Sebring went out and Kincer Service was great to work with to get it fixed.
Turn around time and communication was great.
I hope I don't have the problem again but if I do, I'll do business with Kincer's again.
