I bought a truck from Larry and paid 10 grand for it, I never drove it 5000 miles and the motor went. I contacted Larry but he never would reply.

Larry's ugly, but he's nice and he's always been honest. He may not know everything about a used car but he'll tell you anyway. They should really think about hiring a better looking salesperson though. Larry has always been ugly. He was ugly as a kid. Beauty is only skin deep, but that kind of ugly goes clean to the bone. He was never going to grow out of it. Nice fellow though. I guess as a side effect of being that ugly, he learned to be nice to people so they don't run away.

I would not recommend buying from Hensley's. My husband and I were prepared to be repeat customers but we have severely misjudged the characters of the owners. We know we made a deal and that they're a business and out to make money. But they seem to have no integrity or compassion and understanding for other people.Do not put money down on a car here unless you are sure life won't happen and your circumstances change. My husband was talked down to when he called two or three days after putting money down on a car. He told them he just found out the day before he had lost his job and we have to let the car go. They didn't care. They didn't offer any money back under the circumstances, even though it had just been a couple of days. They said they'll keep holding it in case he can borrow the money because they take pride in holding up their end of a deal.You are not going to be worried about buying a car when suddenly you barely have enough money to cover groceries and the Hensley's just don't care or see it this way. We will never be back and will tell others looking for a car not to use them.

Friendly folks …PAY MORE ELSEWHERE.. I purchased a 2007 Chevy trailblazer, inform the best running one on the lot. Six days later transmission went out on I 75. I called and asked if I could trade the vehicle back in, The guy doesn’t remember so I need a vehicle and said it had been about six weeks. He told me, sorry about your luck. The repair is going to costing me $2,700 plus $600 tow bill.
