Connie is one of the nicest people I have ever had dealings with. Because of her kindness, I will always look at Williams Estates first before renting in the Mt. Sterling area.

I lived at Williams Estates for 1 and a half years. The manager, Connie, told me that she had only been there a short while, at that time, but was very helpful and answered all my questions when signing my lease. I loved living at Williams Estates. If I ever had an issue, I would just put in a work order and they would send someone right away to fix the issue. Rent is a little expensive, but it is anywhere you go and most places don't allow pets. Williams Estates permitted me to have my little fur baby with an extra fee, but it was worth is to make sure I could have her living with me. I did move out recently, but only because I got married and moved to another town, but I would definitely recommend this place. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The property is well maintained, and just an overall good place to live.

rent is almost $1000 it goes up about $75 every year when I first got here it was $750 and the washing machines don't dry your clothes and halfway washed them, only good thing is it's right behind Walmart.

I absolutely love living here! From day one of the application process I was made to feel like family. Connie, Robin and Hobie are the best! They go above and beyond to make the grounds look beautiful and to keep them clean. They continuously keep everything maintained and working properly!

My daughter lived here for a year. No issues to report. Apartments were in good shape and management is excellent. location is great with an quick easy walk to Walmart and close access to the freeway. Nothing fancy just basic living.

We have lived in the apartments for about 4yrs now. Carolee & Shane & Brenda are quick to resolve any issue. They make us feel welcome and appreciated!Twice a year they make sure the fire alarm systems are in good working order and change the filters for the heating and air. They keep the grounds clean & manicured year round.I have witnessed that they update and clean every apartment when tenants move out. They truly care about the property and the residents!

I would like to compliment Brenda for all the great duties she does for our building. It is nice to come home and walk through the building door and it smells so nice and fresh. She keeps the laundry room clean always. And I would love for her to know that she did an awesome job with planting the flowers up there by the office-Great Job Brenda
