Tried to call to see if they had any ducks in stock as it is a 30 minute drive from us and we didn’t want to make a wasted trip. I called 2 times and it rang for a solid 3-4 minutes each time, and no one would answer the phone. Good way to lose sales considering we would have also had to pick up feed for both our chickens and ducks, and new watering bucket etc. Customer service matters.

Just cannot be bothered to ever answer their phone! It seems to be the common policy of Tractor Supply and my reason for shopping elsewhere.
Management responded and clearly DID NOT pass along the message because they still could care less to answer their phone. We'll purchase the $3k lawn mower at Home Depot since these people are so unprofessional and we cannot even get them to answer to confirm availability.

Wayne is a rock star employee. He always goes above and beyond expectations. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly come back.

Cashier was hateful and didn't want to price match other tractor supply will not shop at that store anymore will drive 20 miles out of my way until cashier is gone going to rural King now thanks

I called for some information I was on hold for 5 minutes finally I hung up I drove over thereI need assistance with a part I had they called somebody and they never showed up so I went ahead and bought what I thought was right. The service was poor even though I do like the store.
