If I could give this place a zero I would. Don't go to this place! They r supposed to b a county wide company, charging people crazy amounts for phone service but can't even pay their lawn Care bill. My lawn care business was taking care of this place for the last year and we only received one payment from them. They should b ashamed of themselves taking advantage of a small lawn care business.

Updating my reviews from T-Mobiles in this area. Shopped in this state while on personal travel and was all around let down by shockingly bad customer service, as in about 250% worse than in multiple other locations. T-Mobile needs to find better people.I came here because we are looking for a T-Mobile plan and did not feel that customer service did its job. I would not recommend this location and felt that Columbus Ohio region is much better. 0/10 would not recommend!

Great team. They were very helpful. Giving 4 stars because they tried many, many times to upsell me which wasnt appreciated. Also, they dont do a great job at explaining stuff to you in a way you'll understand. Or atleast the girl that helped me didnt. I understand they get comission but all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone. Instead, I walked out paying $300 more than I anticipayed. Nothing on the employess but T-Mobile and its hidden fees is really annoying.

I may be kind of partial since I work here, but I have been a customer for over 16 years and jumped at the chance to work here. T-Mobile is a great company to work for and a great company to have for your carrier.

Changing my review because I was promised a %20 discount per month and the sales rep said it would be on the 2nd billing cycle. I just received my 2nd bill and it still isn't on there... I called customer service and she stated that I have to wait another 2 billing cycles after arguing about the promotion not existing. Also, the sales rep supposedly added me as an authorized user to the account, but yet the customer service rep refused to talk to me because I wasn't authorized...... Hog wash!!!
